‘Days of Our Lives’ Odds & Ends: Chrishell Stause Debuts New Boo, Jackée Harry Books New Show
This week’s Days of Our Lives news roundup features happy news all around. First, Chrishell Stause announces the identity of her new man. Then, Jackée Harry announces that she’s booked a new show. Let’s dive in, head first, with these announcements.
‘Days of Our Lives’ alum Chrishell Stause announces her new man
While most people, today, know her from Selling Sunset, Chrishell Stause is known to Days of Our Lives fans as Jordan Ridgeway. However, you know her, though, she has a new man. And she recently posted a selfie of the two of them together, where she confirmed she’s dating her co-star, Jason Oppenheim.
Jason Oppenheim is Stause’s co-star on her current television series, Selling Sunset. People Magazine was the first to confirm that the realtor and the Days of Our Lives alum were an item back in July 2021. The pair went “Instagram official” when they were on a trip with Oppenheim’s twin brother, model Tina Louise, and their other Selling Sunset co-stars.
“Chrishell and I became close friends and it has developed into an amazing relationship,” Oppenheim said in a statement to the magazine. “I care about her deeply and we are very happy together.”

Stause also confirmed that she was dating Oppenheim long before they became Instagram official. But, she said, she wanted to keep it a secret because she wasn’t sure how the relationship was going to go.
“It’s just one of those things. You don’t want to share with everybody and get all their opinions before you really know what it is,” she said. “We really were really private and secretive for as long as we could until we realized the walls were closing in. People were getting a little savvy to it.”
Stause is also working on a new book called Under Construction. It will be available for sale in February 2022. Stause said that it’s a memoir about her life, where she reveals that despite looking like she had it all together, “living my best life took a little work.”
Meanwhile, Jackée Harry booked a new television show
Fans of Days of Our Lives have been enjoying Jackée Harry’s star turn as Paulina Price. However, the television legend clearly doesn’t believe in downtime. According to Soap Opera Digest, Harry will star in the upcoming Freeform comedy called Everything’s Trash.
The outlet confirms that Harry will be playing Zora. Everything’s Trash is a show based on Phoebe Robinson’s memoir, Everything’s Trash, But It’s Okay. Freeform picked up the series back in February 2021.
“Back in May, I filmed a pilot with the hilarious @dopequeenpheebs for @freeform and I’m so excited that everyone will get to see the genius of this woman on their screens soon!” she posted on Instagram. “Congrats on the series order, @dopequeenpheebs! You deserve it. #EverythingsTrash.”
