‘Days of Our Lives’ Speculation: Who Ultimately Finds Sami?
On this week’s Days of Our Lives, Sami Brady’s return to the canvas is marred by her terrible state. As fans of the popular daytime soap are aware, we last saw Sami when she was kidnapped outside of the DiMera mansion. But though she made contact with her mother, she’s completely unaware of all the drama awaiting her in Salem. Whatever the case, Sami is desperate to be rescued. But who will be her hero?

On ‘Days of Our Lives,’ Sami just got kidnapped
Alison Sweeney has been off the Days of Our Lives canvas for a few weeks. Though the show wrote her absence as “being kidnapped,” the reality was, Sweeney was filming other projects. Now, though, Sami is back — and the show is ready to pick up where it left off.
According to SoapHub, Sweeney’s return to the canvas involved Sami making contact with her mother, Marlena. “Sami Brady DiMera (Alison Sweeney) managed to get ahold of Marlena (Deidre Hall) but it did not go her way,” reports the outlet. “MarDevil was tied up too (literally) and could do nothing to save herself or her daughter. Sami then tried to call EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) but he couldn’t hear a word she said.”
As if all that wasn’t enough, someone else just got kidnapped.
But then, someone else got kidnapped
According to Soaps @ SheKnows, this week’s Days of Our Lives will feature Sarah getting kidnapped, too. The outlet speculates that people will realize that Sarah’s missing when Rex realizes she’s not where she was supposed to be.
“Rex returns and tells a confused Xander he has no idea where Sarah is,” reports the outlet. “Sarah was supposed to be with him, but in reality, was last seen being carted off in a trunk by Kristen. Xander first questions Susan, who has no idea where Sarah is. He then confronts Kristen at the Salem PD and accuses her of kidnapping Sarah. Little does he know, his current love Gwen already knows this!”
Well, that’s certainly messy!
Who will ultimately rescue Sami?
There are a few options over who could rescue Sami (and now, Sarah) on Days of Our Lives. The first, of course, is Xander. Since Xander was the one who got the news about Sarah’s disappearance, he was the first one to spring into action. If the same person who kidnapped Sami also kidnapped Sarah, he just might kill two birds with one stone.
The second option, of course, is that Sami is her own hero. And this is actually quite a logical option. After all, Sami has been handling herself for years on the show. And since upcoming spoilers reveal that she fights back against her attackers, there’s a good chance that she’ll be able to take care of herself just fine. (Of course, the question of where that leaves poor Sarah remains to be seen.)
Now, this is all just speculation. We don’t quite know what will happen to Sarah, Sami, or anyone else. We’ll just have to tune in to upcoming episodes of Days of Our Lives to find out for sure.
