Dexter: New Blood, Showtime‘s revival of its hit 2006 series, left fans wanting more after its bombshell conclusion on Jan. 9. Set almost a decade after Dexter Morgan faked his death to go into hiding, the show found him in Upstate New York under a fake name. He’d built a normal life with a job and girlfriend, but the return of his son, Harrison Morgan, threw him off course.

While we continue to try and process everything that happened, below, we’ve compiled a list of shows like Dexter: New Blood that should at least fill the void left in your viewing schedule.

2. ‘Hannibal’

Hannibal centers criminal profiler Will Graham (Hugh Dancy), who, in the words of IMDb, “is haunted by his ability to empathize with serial killers.” As part of an investigation with the FBI, he turns to psychiatrist Hannibal Lecter (Mads Mikkelsen) for help. But there’s more to Hannibal than he realizes.

The series concluded its three-season run on NBC in 2015, but it can be found on streaming services such as Hulu and Prime Video, to name a few.

3. ‘Mr. Robot’

Mr. Robot centers Elliot Alderson, a computer programmer straddling two worlds as a cybersecurity engineer and a vigilante hacker. He’s forced to deal with a moral issue when he’s asked to assist in a takedown of corporate America.

Starring Rami Malek, the series ran on the USA Network from 2015 to 2019. It can be found now on Prime Video.

4. ‘Power’

Starring Omari Hardwick, Power is a Starz series chronicling the life of James St. Patrick, a New York City businessman living a double life as a drug dealer. James aspires to leave the game and build a life as a legitimate entrepreneur, but his plans are slowed by various challenges.

Like Dexter, James has a contentious relationship with his son Tariq that leads to a shocking outcome. Power ended in 2020 after six seasons, but the story continues in four spinoffs. The first one, Power Book II: Ghost, is about Tariq and even reunites David Zayas and Luna Lauren Vélez as a married couple. Watch it on Starz.
