Back in August 2020, Siwa was dating Mark Bontempo, the little brother of social media influencer Madison Bontempo. Siwa first introduced Bontempo to her fans via a TikTok video, but just a few months later, the couple called it quits. It shouldn’t have been a big deal. Siwa and Bontempo are both incredibly young, and breakups are bound to happen.
The pair seemed to take their breakup in stride, but Siwa found herself having to defend Bontempo from her fans. According to E!, Siwa begged her fans to stop leaving hateful comments on Bontempo’s social media pages. She insisted that they had no idea about the circumstances that led to their breakup.

The rumors started when Brown, 18, visited Siwa in California in 2020. Fans quickly figured out that Brown was a family friend from back home.
In May 2020, Siwa spoke to Us Weekly about Brown and their rumored relationship. She told the publication that she and Brown were just friends but did admit that they considered possibly dating. At that point, the then 16-year-old Siwa said she and Brown almost crossed that line, but that she was too busy to consider a relationship.
