Diddy’s 2 Sons Wanted to Fight Ray J at Halloween Party, Source Says
Hip-hop mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs is in the news more than ever. Federal agents arrested him in September 2024. Diddy pleaded not guilty to racketeering, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution. He heads to trial in May 2025. Now, his sons are making the news for allegedly trying to fight William “Ray J” Norwood Jr. at a Halloween party. Here’s what’s going on.
Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ 2 sons allegedly wanted to fight Ray J at a Halloween party
Sean “Diddy” Combs’ sons made the news for allegedly getting in Ray J’s face at a Halloween bash. Christian “King” Combs, 26, Quincy Brown, 33, and Justin Dior Combs, 30, allegedly got into a heated exchange with Ray J at Tara Electra’s Unruly Agency Halloween party in October 2024.
According to insiders who witnessed the confrontation, Diddy’s three sons approached Ray J, Amber Rose, and manager David Weintraub as they made their way to the parking lot in the early morning hours post-party. Justin and Christian allegedly showed that they wanted to fight Ray J through their actions. And all three of Diddy’s sons got in Ray J’s face and chest-bumped him.
Thankfully, the situation didn’t escalate. Chris Brown allegedly witnessed the exchange from his car and pulled Justin and Christian away. Others allegedly also stepped in to stop the confrontation from resulting in any injuries.
Additional sources alleged that Christian, Quincy, and Justin tried to fight Ray J on three other occasions. They’re allegedly upset with Ray J’s comments regarding Diddy’s arrest. The R&B artist is reportedly open to speaking with Diddy’s sons but also isn’t afraid to get physical if his sons continue disrespecting him.
Ray J said it’s important that Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs can ‘learn a lesson’ from his arrest
Ray J got candid on CUOMO regarding how Sean “Diddy” Combs’ arrest affected the hip-hop industry.
“We’ve all been around him, at least in my era, and have looked up to him,” Ray J said, according to Newsweek. “And this situation is super unfortunate, but it’s important to learn a lesson right now and ensure the next generation understands how to move differently with transparency and integrity.”
Ray J added that he believes “a lot of people are in shock” when it comes to Diddy’s arrest, resulting in resounding silence from the community. He noted he was also shocked by allegations against the hip-hop mogul. He’d never seen or heard any of what was discussed in the lawsuits.
“We’ve never seen the stuff that’s being said and the stuff that people are finding out,” Ray J said. “Like, I’ve never been in rooms that people are talking about, and I never knew they existed.”
The hip-hop mogul’s kids ‘stand united’ in their support for him
Sean “Diddy” Combs’ kids support their father no matter the lawsuits against him. In October 2024, Quincy Brown posted a photo of his dad and siblings on Instagram.
“The past month has devastated our family,” Quincy wrote. “Many have judged both him and us based on accusations, conspiracy theories, and false narratives that have spiraled into absurdity on social media. We stand united, supporting you every step of the way. We hold onto the truth, knowing it will prevail, and nothing will break the strength of our family.”
