When Kim, Kourtney, Khloe, and Rob were only small children, their mother married former athlete Bruce Jenner. The blended family seemed as happy as could be. According to Insidenova, the two had “a lot of great years together.”

Upon learning that the marriage had ended, many fans may have thought that Jenner would change her name back to Kardashian. After all, she had toyed with the idea years ago while in front of the cameras, and the time seemed perfect.
So why didn’t she do it? According to Reddit, fans have theories. At the time of her divorce, she had already established her brand, and both names were highly recognizable. One user posted that “I think she wanted to change to Kardashian at a certain point because she wanted to benefit from the brand Kardashian as they were on the rise in that period.” Fans seem to feel that since her youngest daughters, who are Jenner’s, are just as famous as their older sisters, the Jenner name suits the family matriarch just fine at this point.

The Kardashian-Jenner’s are quite arguably one of the most well-known families around, but it wasn’t always that way. So, how did they manage to rise to the top? According to Forbes, Kris worked extremely hard to do so. She knew what opportunities were worth taking, and she even says that “I love business and I love what I’m doing. When you’re really passionate about something and something fits, you just roll with that.” It looks like the Momager is one of the best in the business, knows what she wants, and more importantly, knows exactly how to go after it.
