The Disney Princess With the Most Siblings Isn’t Anna and Elsa From ‘Frozen’ or Cinderella
There’s Cinderella with her “beautiful” stepsisters, and Anna and Elsa with their kingdom of Arandelle. However, there’s actually one Disney princess who has six older sisters, each of them introduced in the award-winning animated film.

It began with two sisters: one born with magical powers, one born powerless. Although they lost their parents and live away from each other for a few years, sister duo Anna and Elsa eventually became best friends throughout the first and second Frozen movies.
Together, this sister duo travels to an enchanted forest to save their kingdom and go through a personal transformation. Although things may not stay the same, as Olaf shares, love is always constant. That’s especially true for Anna and Elsa.
These two sisters are powerful and magical, but there is actually one Disney princess who has a lot more siblings. That’s Ariel, the main character from Disney’s animated film, The Little Mermaid.

Although this red-headed mermaid is the star of The Little Mermaid, the character actually has six older sisters. During one song, each of these characters introduce themselves, saying their names. (That’s Attina, Alana, Adella, Aquata, Arista and Andrina, to be specific.) That made Ariel 8th in line for the throne of Atlantica.
The sisters reappear while getting ready one morning. That’s when they tell their father that Ariel is in love. What they fail to realize is that Ariel actually fell in love with a human. They come back one final time, as Ariel weds Prince Eric.
Being that there’s a live-action adaptation of The Little Mermaid in the works, some fans shared their excitement regarding the potential cast for these sisters. Singer and actor Halle Bailey will portray the title character.
Cinderella had her two stepsisters and her evil stepmother
This character technically doesn’t have any sisters, but she does have two beauty queens in her family, Drizella and Anastasia. After the passing of her father, her stepsisters and stepmother become Cinderella’s only family, turning her into a servant and giving her the name Cinderella.
Although they treated her badly, Cinderella makes peace with her two stepsisters in the sequels to Disney’s animated movie. (Anastasia even goes on to find a happily ever after of her own!)
There are a few other iconic Disney and Pixar siblings, including the Banks children in Mary Poppins and Lilo and older sister from Lilo and Stitch. Merida from Brave has a few younger brothers, who eventually become little bears in the animated movie.
