Farrah Abraham is no stranger to Yelp, and she doesn’t hop on the review website to give glowing recommendations. In 2021, the former reality TV star started an online campaign to discredit Harvard’s online course offerings after she was dropped from a class she was taking. Abraham called one of the school’s writing professors “educationally abusive.”
According to Page Six, Abraham alleged a professor dropped her from an online course through Harvard Extension School after she turned in an “unproofed” class activity. Abraham claims the professor encouraged her to turn in the project and then used that project against her. She wrote reviews on Yelp and Niche before claiming she was planning to sue the institution. She received no credit for any classes she was allegedly enrolled in. Nothing ever came of her lawsuit threat.
While Abraham claims to hold multiple degrees, she has no credentials linking her to Harvard or its extension school. Her educational pursuits are a bit of a mystery, if we are being honest.

While Farrah Abraham once took out her frustration on an Ivy League institution, her current gripe is with a plastic surgeon. Last week, Abraham popped up on Yelp, claiming a plastic surgeon refused to “even out” her face after she went to the office to have previous work dissolved. Abraham claims she was treated like a “research project” before being dropped by the provider.
The surgeon was quick to respond. They suggested Abraham’s version of the story is far from what happened. Instead of treating her like a “research project,” they claim they ended the relationship because Abraham insisted on procedures that did not adhere to their medical advice. They refused to provide the procedure she was asking for. It is unclear if Abraham had an ongoing relationship with the surgeon or if she was a new patient. Abraham has not commented further on the situation.
Over the years, Abraham has had a slew of cosmetic procedures that Teen Mom fans have bristled at. From 2010 until now, she’s had a rhinoplasty, multiple breast augmentations, a Brazilian butt lift, a chin implant surgery, and a host of fillers that we are aware of. The surgeries have left her nearly unrecognizable.
