Worldwide box office earnings: $435 million

Johnson played The Scorpion King in The Mummy Returns. This film, which starred Brendan Fraser, brought in more than $435 million in worldwide box office earnings. This includes more than $202 million at the domestic box office and more than $233 million internationally.   

9. San Andreas (2015)

Worldwide box office earnings: $456.2 million

Johnson played the role of Ray in San Andreas. This film brought in $456.2 million in worldwide box office earnings. This includes more than $155 million at the domestic box office and $301 million internationally.

8. Fast Five (2011)

Worldwide box office earnings: $630.1 million

Johnson played Luke Hobbs in Fast Five. This film brought in $630.1 million in worldwide box office earnings. This includes $210 million at the domestic box office and $420.1 million internationally.

7. Moana (2016)

Worldwide box office earnings: $636.1 million

Moana brought in $636.1 million in worldwide box office earnings. This includes $248.7 million at the domestic box office and $387.3 million internationally.

Worldwide box office earnings: $759.7 million

Johnson reprises his role as Luke Hobbs in Fast & Furious Presents: Hobbs & Shaw. This film brought in $759.7 million in worldwide box office earnings. This includes $173.9 million in domestic earnings and $585.8 million internationally.

Worldwide box office earnings: $789.3 million

Johnson plays Hobbs in Fast & Furious 6. This film brought in $789.3 million in worldwide box office earnings. This includes $238.6 at the domestic box office and $550.6 internationally.

4. Jumanji: The Next Level (2019)

Worldwide box office earnings: $800 million

In 2019, The Rock reprised his role and played Bravestone in Jumanji: The Next Level. This film brought in more than $800 million in worldwide box office earnings. This includes $316.8 million at the domestic box office and $483.4 million internationally.

3. Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle (2017)

Worldwide box office earnings: $961 million

Johnson plays Dr. Smolder Bravestone/Spencer in Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle. This film brought in more than $961 million in worldwide box office earnings. This includes $404.5 million at the domestic box office and $557 million internationally.

Once again Johnson plays Hobbs in The Fate of the Furious. This film brought in $1.2 billion in worldwide box office earnings. This includes $225.7 million in domestic earnings and more than $1 billion internationally.

Worldwide box office earnings: $1.5 billion

Johnson plays Luke Hobbs in Furious 7. This film brought in $1.5 billion in worldwide box office earnings. This includes $353 million in domestic earnings and more than $1.1 billion internationally.
