‘DWTS’: Amid Peter Weber Dating Theories, Alan Bersten Says He and Hannah Brown Are Still Just Friends
Former bachelorette Hannah Brown and professional dancer Alan Bersten took home the Mirrorball Trophy on the most recent season of Dancing With the Stars. After a heartbreaking end to her Bachelorette season (breaking off her engagement), fans were hoping Brown and Bersten would get together.

Bersten recently spoke to Woman’s Daily about his relationship with Brown and the Dancing With the Stars tour, and he has a message for those fans: “Keep hoping.” In other words, it’s not happening anytime soon.
Though the two aren’t dating, Bersten says he and Brown are good friends after their time competing on DWTS.
“We were friends during the season and now that there’s not this huge stress of trying to learn a dance, we remain friends and we enjoy each other’s company,” he told the publication. “But I’m on tour right now and she’s going to be coming on tour in a while, so we still talk as much as we can, but yes, we will definitely be friends.”
Bersten says he was happy just to get the chance to dance with Brown again during the tour.
“It is like icing on the cake,” he said. “Being able to go on the journey with Hannah and winning the show with her is something that I could not even dream of, but now that we get to go and perform to the fans that voted for us every week and kind of say thank you to them, it feels so special.”
“It’s been honestly my favorite show we’ve ever done,” he added.
When Bersten and Brown reunited they danced their signature Viennese Waltz to Taylor Swift’s “Lover.”
“We’re also going to do the Paso Doble to ‘I Love It’ which, in my opinion, was her first breakout dance and it really showed a different side of her so I’m really glad we get to do that,” Bersten said during the interview before their performance.

Brown recently appeared on Peter Weber’s season of The Bachelor. The two hashed out their feelings for one another and Weber even considered leaving the show to be with her. In the end, Weber said goodbye to Brown and the two parted ways so Weber could begin his season.
But The Bachelor previews have been teasing a big moment at the end of the season that includes Weber’s mother telling him to “bring her home.” Some fans are thinking “her” could be none other than Hannah Brown.
Since Bersten and Brown aren’t together that’s one point for the above theory, but Brown’s also said recently that she’s single. So there’s a good chance she’s not with anyone.
