Elon Musk Responds to Threesome Rumor Involving Amber Heard and Cara Delevingne
Johnny Depp is suing Amber Heard for defamation after their divorce. A friend claimed she had a threesome with Elon Musk and Cara Delevingne as part of the lawsuit. Musk is now responding to this claim.
Johnny Depp is suing Amber Heard for defamation
Depp and Heard were married from 2015 to 2017. They divorced and Heard claimed he was physically abusive. Their settlement was Depp paying Heard $7 million, which she would donate to two charities, according to BBC.
Depp is now suing Heard for defamation. His lawyer is claiming Heard’s op-ed in the Washington Post affected his reputation and resulted in him losing out on a Pirates of the Caribbean reboot, according to Deadline.
The op-ed didn’t name Depp. She did write about recently making headlines due to alleged domestic abuse.
“Then two years ago, I became a public figure representing domestic abuse, and I felt the full force of our culture’s wrath for women who speak out,” read part of the piece. “Friends and advisers told me I would never again work as an actress — that I would be blacklisted. A movie I was attached to recast my role. I had just shot a two-year campaign as the face of a global fashion brand, and the company dropped me. Questions arose as to whether I would be able to keep my role of Mera in the movies Justice League and Aquaman.”
The lawsuit is continuing and it’s recently making headlines because of a claim involving more celebrities.
Depp claims Elon Musk had a threesome with Amber Heard and Cara Delevingne
A new deposition from a friend and neighbor reportedly claims Musk, Heard, and Delevingne hooked up at Depp’s L.A. penthouse in 2016. The claim states this was after Heard and Depp broke up, according to Daily Mail.
Depp reportedly filed papers for Musk and James Franco to give their conversations with Heard through messages and emails for the lawsuit. A source claims Delevingne might be compelled to give evidence too.
Musk claims it’s not true
The Tesla billionaire responded to this claim. He claims that the threesome never happened.
“Cara and I are friends, but we’ve never been intimate. She would confirm this,” he said according to Page Six. “Also, I wish to confirm again that Amber and I only started going out about a month after her divorce filing. I don’t think I was ever even in the vicinity of Amber during their marriage!”
He also commented on Depp suing Heard. “Regarding this lawsuit, I would recommend that everyone involved bury the hatchet and move on,” Musk said. “Life is too short for such extended negativity. Nobody is going to say, after it’s all over, that they wished the court battle had lasted longer!”
Depp and Heard are continuing their acting careers by appearing in huge movie franchises. Heard has yet to respond to this claim.
