Here’s what the musician has just revealed about his health, plus a few other things you may not have known about the entertainer including how old he is and what his net worth is today.

John began taking piano lessons when he was 7 years old, and at the age of 11 won a junior scholarship to the Royal Academy of Music. He formed the band Bluesology in 1966 and that’s when he adopted his stage name.
John released his self-titled debut album in 1970 which spawned plenty of hits. He went on to release more than two dozen Top 10 singles, 38 gold records, 31 platinum and multi-platinum albums, and sold over 300 million records worldwide making him one of the biggest-selling music artists of all time. He has been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the Songwriters Hall of Fame. According to Celebrity Net Worth, John has an estimated net worth today of $650 million.
In 1993, John began dating David Furnish, a former advertising executive turned filmmaker from Toronto. The couple married in 2005 and have two sons, Zachary Jackson Levon Furnish-John and Elijah Joseph Daniel Furnish-John.
