According to Dirt, Stone purchased two multimillion-dollar homes in 2019. They’re both in Los Angeles, with one in the Malibu hills and the other in Westwood. It appears she primarily spends her time in California.
The Spanish-style Westwood cottage is described as the more “family-friendly” of the two. The publication notes the property’s worth about $2.3 million and a short drive to Beverly Hills. Just a few months before purchasing the Westwood cottage, Stone threw down $3.25 million for the renovated ranch-style home in the Malibu hills.
That’s not all for Stone. She also has at least two residential properties in New York City. Stone spent $2.4 million on a one-bedroom, one-bathroom, 800-square-foot condo. Additionally, she bought a $3.6 million condo in Lower Manhattan’s Financial District.

Now, Dirt estimates the property’s value stands anywhere from $7 million to $8 million — likely how much Stone paid. This also means the mansion stands as the most expensive real estate she owns.
So, what makes the Austin mansion so special? Dirt explains the 5,000-square-foot mansion has brick and white columns on the exterior. Hedges and evergreen trees surround the home. The property also boasts a huge swimming pool, gardens, lawns, and a detached garage building that could house guests.
It seems Austin’s quite the place for celebrities to buy property. Sandra Bullock, Joe Rogan, Matthew McConaughey, Elijah Wood, and jewelry billionaire Kendra Scott all have lavish homes in the area.
