Erika Jayne from ‘RHOBH’ Doesn’t Miss Lisa Vanderpump: ‘Everyone Is Replaceable’
Erika Jayne from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is thriving in her career out of the Bravo reality show. The actress and singer is the lead in the Broadway musical if Chicago. Jayne is thriving and even had the support of her co-stars during a recent performance. One former co-star she is not missing at all is Lisa Vanderpump and she recently revealed why.
During an appearance on The Wendy Williams Show, Jayne revealed that she is not missing Vanderpump who quit after season 9 last summer.
“I personally do not miss her. Here’s the thing… Everyone is replaceable,” Jayne told Williams. “We all know that. The show always goes on. It doesn’t matter. And I think we have proof that the world keeps spinning. The Housewives will forever go on.”
Garcelle Beauvais is joining the RHOBH cast in season 10 as one of Vanderpump’s replacements.
“I like Garcelle,” Jayne said. “I think she’s going to make a great housewife. Your first year is always the introduction and then the second year is when they really let you have it. So we’ll see what happens.”
Who is Garcelle Beauvais?
Beauvais is a Hollywood actress with credits on The Jamie Foxx Show, NYPD Blue, Franklin & Bash, and Tell Me a Story. Her announcement was made back in August and will be joining as Lisa Rinna’s friend.
“I am excited and proud to be joining the cast of such a wildly popular and beloved show like The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” she told The Daily Dish in a statement. “As a working actor who has been in the industry for some time, it’s exhilarating to have the opportunity to delve into a new chapter in the entertainment spectrum.”
Her casting is historic in the franchise as she would be the first diamond-holder in its 10-year history.
“As the first African American Housewife in the Beverly Hills franchise, I am honored and humbled by this awesome opportunity to exemplify the fact that Black Girl Magic lives and thrives in every zip code!” she added.
Sutton Stracke also joins ‘RHOBH’
Another close friend to Rinna that would be joining the RHOBH ladies in season 10 is Sutton Stracke.
“I am thrilled and honored to be joining The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. As a mother to three children who is also deeply committed to my efforts in philanthropy, my life is a balancing act,” Stracke told The Daily Dish back in August 2019.
Stracke is well-known in the Beverly Hills circle and it will be interesting to see how she changes the dynamics of the group.
“There is a lot going on in the best way possible and I strive to pursue all of my passions to the fullest,” she continued. “I am excited to share my true loves of art and fashion design and open the doors to my world. I am looking forward to this ride and where this journey takes me. Fun times ahead for this Southern Belle in Southern California!”
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is expected to premiere in the coming months on Bravo.
