Fans Roast Kim Kardashian West’s Cooking Skills After She Posts ‘Atrocious’ Meal Online
At this point, it seems like there’s not a thing Kim Kardashian West can’t do. From TV and technology to beauty and shapewear, she’s nailed almost everything she’s set her mind to. But after years of keeping up with the influencer, fans think they have finally found a flaw.
After the reality star posted a photo of a meal to Twitter, fans took aim at her ability to cook. As the jokes swirled, she hopped online and said she had a good explanation for the picture.

The photo actually dates back years, but it resurfaced online during the week of July 5. The picture is of some kind of cuisine sitting in a cloudy white liquid.
Initially, fans had no idea of what it could be, floating all kinds of guesses. These included macaroni and cheese, a chopped grilled cheese sandwich, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, and cheesy pizza rolls. But even those weren’t confident guesses.
“Has anyone figured out what the hell Kim K was cooking ?” one fan asked while someone else wondered, “Does anyone know what that atrocious a** sh*t Kim k was cooking was supposed to be? I’m so confused bc that sh*t looks god awful.”
“If you gave me 100 guesses, and 1,000 mulligans on those 100 guesses, I could not tell you what that is a picture of,” another person mused as someone else claimed, “I went through every comment and there isnt one person who knows what this is.”
“She doesn’t know how to cook, poor kanye be eating McDonalds all the time,” a fifth person added.

As the tweets poured in, Kardashian West’s name rose to the top of Twitter’s trending topics list. Catching on, the reality star took to the website on July 10 and clarified the dish was actually a pasta from one of her favorite restaurants.
“For all of the things that could be trending, this is super funny to me that so many are concerned about a pic i posted 2 years ago,” she began. “It’s the sweet corn truffle pasta from the best restaurant ever, Georgio Baldi in Santa Monica. They are open for take out. I highly recommend.”
Eh, we’ll pass on this one, Kim. But thanks for the recommendation anyway.
Kim Kardashian West has been trolled for her cooking in the past
Though she might not be responsible for the pasta, Kardashian West’s cooking has come under fire in the past. This includes on Father’s Day in 2016 when she posted a Snapchat photo of a soul food meal she’d made for Kanye West, with whom she shares four children.
In tweets that were screengrabbed by the entertainment website Trace, fans called the meal everything from dry to offensive. “Everything on this plate looks dry as hell,” one person declared. I’m upset for Kanye.”
However, she seemed to redeem herself about two years later in January 2018 when she tweeted a video of another soul food meal she’d prepared. “It looks sooooo good as always,” one person tweeted as others posted excited emojis.
