‘Floribama Shore’ Star Aimee Hall’s Favorite Drinks; One Is Spicy, the Other Is ‘Bougie’
The cast of Floribama Shore has become known for their drinking habits. As such, many fans know their favorite roommates’ go-to drinks. But many wonder about Aimee Hall. What does the reality TV star prefer when it comes to alcohol?
Drinking is a big part of ‘Floribama Shore’
No reality TV show is complete without a stock of alcohol. Much like the cast of Jersey Shore, drinking is one of the only things to do in the house while filming. As a former Jersey Shore producer explained on Reddit:
We limited personal phone calls to once a week. There was no television, [there were] no cell phones, no computers, no writing notes, no going off anywhere in private without a producer.
With so little to do, “partying [was one of the] only forms of entertainment.” The same can be said for the cast of Floribama Shore.
Codi Butts and Kirk Medas often enjoy beer or seltzers on the MTV series. When they’re not feuding, Gus Smyrnios and Jeremiah Buoni usually take shots or sip on beers. Meanwhile, Candace Rice almost exclusively drinks Hennessy Cognac.
As for Nilsa Prowant, she’s not drinking any alcohol this season because she is pregnant with her first child. But when it comes to Hall’s alcohol choice, she has an eclectic taste.
Fireball Whiskey is Aimee Hall’s favorite liquor
“I love Fireball [Whiskey],” Hall admitted on the Behind the Velvet Rope podcast. Ironically, the whiskey helped Hall land a spot in the beach house in the first place. Becoming a reality star is a job Hall feels she was meant to do.
Before she became a roommate on Floribama Shore, Hall initially auditioned to be on the CMT series Party Down South. “I was actually friends with ‘Daddy’ [Ryan Scott Richards] from Party Down South,” Hall explained. The two reality stars grew up in the same state.
Just because Hall wasn’t cast for the CMT show doesn’t mean her reality potential went away. A few years later, Hall got a call about casting for Floribama Shore. “I thought that it was like some like scam or something,” she said. Regardless, Hall got “hammered off [of] Fireball” and went to the audition anyway.
“I [had] on an Alabama Jersey and I remember [the casting directors] just like bending over laughing,” Hall recalled. Fortunately, her alcohol consumption won over production who ended up casting her for the MTV series.
Aimee Hall prefers champagne to Fireball Whiskey now
With Floribama Shore in its fourth season, Hall’s alcohol preferences have changed. In fact, some might say her taste in alcohol has evolved over the years.
“Since I’m trying to be bougie right now, [my favorite drink is] champagne.” Though Fireball and Hall go way back, she has been seen drinking flutes of champagne thus far in season 4 of Floribama Shore. ” I don’t drink that fancy champagne,” she joked. “I’m still drinking that gas station champagne.”
Despite Hall’s passion for bubbly, she will still enjoy her tried and true favorite ever now and then. “I still like an occasional Fireball,” Hall added. When she’s not shooting Fireball or sipping on champagne, Hall says she enjoys Corona beer, too.
