Flay regularly shares recipes on his Instagram account and he recently shared one that he made for Misfits Market. The Beat Bobby Flay star made a Corn Cacio e Pepe Pasta and detailed the steps on how he made it. To start off, the recipe calls to boil water and season it with salt. For a serving of one, the recipe indicates to get 6 ounces of dried spaghetti and have it cooked for about 2 minutes. One cup of the pasta water would need to be reserved before the rest is drained.
Next up in the instructions, one needs to add the drained spaghetti in a sauté pan set over medium-high heat. The following step is to add half a cup of pasta, 1 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper, a cup of sweet corn, and salt. This process will take about one minute. The next step is to add 2 tablespoons of butter until you get a creamy consistency.
Finally, with the heat off, you add half of the cheese and stir to mix. To reach the consistency one can add more pasta water to ensure the pasta is fully coated with the sauce.
