Former ‘Teen Mom’ Star Nathan Griffith Debuts New Romance With Tons of Red Flags on Instagram
Former Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans is in a dramatic relationship with her manager, August Keen. She’s not the only person in her life who has found turbulent new love. Two of her recent exes, David Eason and Nathan Griffith, are in new relationships, too. Both of those relationships, like Evans’, have plenty of red flags. Griffith, the father of Evans’ second child, Kaiser Griffith, recently debuted his new girlfriend on Instagram. He might be happy, but the relationship is being questioned by Teen Mom viewers who have followed Griffith’s life since he left the franchise.
Nathan Griffith introduced his new girlfriend to Instagram in a strange way
Nathan Griffith is in love. At least, he’s been sharing the object of his obsession via Instagram for the last 10 days. The father of two took to the platform to introduce his girlfriend. His intro post was troubling. He started off by stating that neither he nor his much younger girlfriend believed there was any place for privacy in a relationship. He doubled down on the statement during a live event. Griffith argued that romantic partners should have total control over each other.
While little is known about Griffith’s girlfriend, including her full name, he did drop important information about her that followers see as a major red flag: her age. The woman he is currently seeing is just 21 years old. Griffith is 37. The 16-year age gap would give followers pause regardless, but Griffith’s previous issues, including domestic violence and drug and alcohol abuse, have made followers extremely uneasy.
The troubled former reality TV star shared even more red flags
As if the age gap and the declaration that privacy is overrated weren’t enough, Griffith returned to Instagram to share more red-flag relationship advice. Griffith recently shared photos of himself and his girlfriend covering each others’ eyes to his Instagram Stories. He went on to explain that their eyes are only intended for each other, and they cover their partner’s peepers whenever sexual content comes on the TV.
While Griffith and, presumably, his new lady seem to think this is cute, followers are unconvinced. Following the revelation, Teen Mom fans flooded Reddit to discuss the couple’s odd and toxic behavior. The criticism isn’t getting to them, though. Griffith, who hadn’t posted to Instagram in the months before he met his girlfriend, has continued his recent slew of posts dedicated to his new love. The posts grow more concerning by the day. His partner’s Instagram profile remains private.
