Former ‘The Bachelor’ Star, Colton Underwood Wrote ‘Frank’ Memoir About the Show and More
It’s been some time since Colton Underwood was the star of The Bachelor. He has been enjoying life with Cassie Randolph since the end of his season. Some fans are still wondering about their relationship given their ending didn’t follow the show’s regular formula.
Now they might learn more about their journey. Underwood wrote a memoir. Find out what will be revealed in it and more.
Colton Underwood and Cassie Randolph are still together after ‘The Bachelor’
Underwood’s season of The Bachelor ended with him picking Randolph. They then decided to take thing slower by just dating.
“It’s sort of reverse dating,” Underwood told Hollywood Life. “You dive into the deep stuff and the hard questions and that type of stuff first [on The Bachelor].”
He continued, “So, it’s picking up on the little things that are important to get to [now]. I think now she knows that I’m a klutz, and I know, for instance, she has a healthy habit to salt or wanting to put salt on all of our foods!”
Randolph also talked about what they’ve been learning about each other. “We’re learning, like, what’s important to the other person and how to just kind of create that balance in your life, is what we’ve learned to do together,” she said. “I think, honestly, we’re just leaning on each other and being honest and communicating, is what we learned. It’s everything to us.”
They were also given a ring
They’re still together so Jimmy Kimmel presented them with a Neil Lane ring for when they’re ready to get engaged. However, they don’t actually have it.
“You know, I don’t really know what’s going on with that because I know we don’t have it,” Randolph revealed on Lady Gang, according to People. “I don’t know who has it, but we’re trying to figure out where it is.” She added, “It’s some whole contract weird thing.”
He wrote a memoir called ‘The First Time’
Underwood revealed that he wrote a memoir called The First Time. The press release claims it will be diving into his childhood and the “dramatic and unconventional experience of finding love” according to Entertainment Tonight. It will be a “frank and engaging book.”
The release also claims we will learn more about his football past. “Underwood reveals the highs and lows that have made him who he is today: growing up in Indiana, struggling with self-image and bullying, two-time all American and three years in the NFL, and of course, his journey to find love,” it read.
The former reality star also released a video on Instagram about the new project. We hear Kimmel talk about him saying he’s a new bachelor who used to be a NFL player and is a virgin. We then hear women question who he is and if he knows who he is. There is then a man’s voice talking about Underwood battling depression.
Someone then asks him, “Who is Colton Underwood?” He answers, “That’s a loaded question.”
It sounds like the reality star is ready to give all the answers. The book will be available starting March 31.
