‘Full House’: What Were the Names of Uncle Jesse and Rebecca’s Twins?
Michelle Tanner wasn’t always the youngest member of the Tanner family. During season 5, Aunt Becky and Uncle Jesse had their twin baby boys.
Here’s what we know about these characters from Full House and the Netflix spinoff series Fuller House.
Uncle Jesse and Rebecca are two characters from the original sitcom, ‘Full House’
Uncle Jesse was a recurring character on Full House, known for his rocker persona and his many, many ex-girlfriends. As soon as Uncle Jesse saw Danny Tanner’s new co-host, Rebecca, he was smitten.
A few months later, these characters were dating. Then, they were engaged. Following their wedding, Aunt Becky learned that she was unexpectedly pregnant. Aunt Becky discovered that she was pregnant during season 4 of this sitcom.
Although she had some problems telling her husband the news, the whole Tanner family embraced the pregnancy. Later, the characters embraced the fact that Aunt Becky and Uncle Jesse were having twins.
What are the ‘Full House’ twins names?
During season 5, Aunt Becky gave birth to her twin boys. She and Uncle Jesse named them Nicky and Alexander (Alex). They became cousins to Nickelle, Stephanie, and DJ Tanner and the nephews of Danny Tanner.
Dylan and Blake Tuomy-Wilhoit portray these characters for several episodes of Full House, growing into toddlers, attending preschool, and sporting different Elvis-themed outfits. In addition to the twins who portray Nicky and Alex, there’s another set of twins who were regular cast members on this series.
That’s Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, the actors behind the youngest of the Tanner sisters, Michelle. Michelle Tanner did not return for the spinoff series, released on Netflix, titled Fuller House.
Are Nicky and Alex in Netflix’s spinoff series, ‘Fuller House’?
The Tuomy-Wilhoit twins, as adults, returned for the Netflix spinoff series, Fuller House, making cameos in several episodes. With this show, DJ Tanner was the leader of the Tanner house, moving back into the San Francisco home with Stephanie Tanner, Kimmy Gibbler, and their families.
Other Full House cast members appeared for special occasions, including Christmas and weddings. According to Screenrant, Alex and Nicky returned to Fuller House season 2 during the Thanksgiving episode but did not appear after that.
Kimmy Gibbler confirmed that these characters were off working with their food truck business. Michelle Tanner, on the other hand, was off in New York City, working in fashion, according to her father. (The Olsen twins did not want to return to the Tanner house for this spinoff.)
Fans can see Stamos as Uncle Jesse during episodes of Full House, available for streaming on Hulu. The Netflix spinoff series Fuller House also featured Stamos as the beloved Uncle Jesse for several episodes.
