Music has always been a huge part of Stephanie Tanner’s life. In the Netflix spinoff series, Fuller House, fans learn that the character had a dj career before moving in with her sister. In season 1 of the spinoff series, Stephanie joined her Uncle Jesse on the song “Forever.”

During season 2, viewers saw her playing around on the guitar, writing her own music. That eventually became “The Boy Next Door,” a song for Jimmy Gibbler. When Stephanie becomes a mom, she writes a song for her daughter, Danielle.

Yes, that’s actually Jodie Sweetin singing on ‘Fuller House’

Jodie Sweetin can actually sing and yes, that’s her voice on the sitcom Fuller House. This wouldn’t be the first time she expressed interest in branching out and showcasing her talent.

According to Romper, in 2010, “when John Stamos was a guest star on Glee, Sweetin told Hollywood Life in an interview that she’d love to swing a Full House reunion on the Ryan Murphy show.”

“I would love to do something like that! I mean Glee looks like a ton of fun,” she said. “But you know, people have wanted a Full House reunion for years There is always the talk of it, and if it was done on Glee that would be lots of fun.”

Even when she’s not acting on Full House and Fuller House, Jodie Sweetin shows off her performance skills. In 2015, she performed at a benefit concert with her “Uncle Jesse,” John Stamos.

This character danced and sang a few times during ‘Full House’

Stephanie Tanner actually showed off her performance skills a few times during Full House. Who can forget the short-lived girl group featuring Stephanie Tanner and her friends, managed by Uncle Jesse?

During the “We Got The Beat” episode of the sitcom, Stephanie became one of the starring members of Girl Talk, along with Kimmy Gibbler and her troublemaking from Gia. Their rendition of “The Sign” was, unfortunately, unrehearsed, but still iconic.

When Stephanie’s teacher tells her she has serious potential to be a professional dancer during the “Gotta Dance” episode, Danny daydreams about his own childhood pole vaulting ambitions. That launches the whole family into a show stopping number, with Stephanie Tanner as the “Broadway baby” star in the middle.

Most episodes of Full House featuring the character Stephanie Tanner are available for streaming on Hulu. All five seasons of the Netflix original spinoff series, Fuller House, are available on the streaming platform, Netflix.
