The Reason for Future and Lori Harvey’s Breakup Is Unexpected
Rapper Future, whose given name is Nayvadius DeMun Wilburn isn’t exactly known for treating women with the respect and dignity that they deserve. Therefore, eyebrows were raised when the 36-year-old father of eight was linked to 23-year-old influencer, Lori Harvey.
The stepdaughter of Steve Harvey is known for her breathtaking Instagram looks and her lavish lifestyle. Future and all of the drama that comes with his multiple baby mamas, lawsuits, and misogynist lyrics did not appear to be an ideal match for Harvey.
However, the pair pressed forward with their relationship, going on stunning vacations together, and with Future plastering his social media with many photos of Harvey. For her part, Harvey kept her relationship with Future more under wraps. Now, it appears that the duo has called it quits, but not for the reasons you would expect.
Lori Harvey and Future were on and off for two years
Harvey and Future were first linked back in December 2018 when Future decided to hint that something had gone on between the pair of them. At the time, the socialite confirmed nothing. However, in Oct. 2019, the pair were linked once again when they appeared to be on a vacation in Jamacia together.
In January 2020, Harvey posted a video of herself cuddled up with the Atlanta native, and rumors swirled that the pair had moved in together. Despite the fact that this romance seemed to be hot and heavy, Future had been entertaining other women the entire time.
Most recently, the rapper has been embroiled in a court battle with a woman named Eliza Reign. DNA has confirmed that Future is the father of Reign’s daughter. However, the rapper continually tried to deny it, claiming that Regin caused him, “tremendous emotional distress” and claiming she had “turned his world upside down.” Obviously this took. a toll on his romance with Harvey.
Future and Lori Harvey seem to have broken up
Not much has been heard from Future and Harvey amid the pandemic. However, on Aug. 21 The Jasmine Brand reported that Future had deleted most of his photos from his Instagram page, including the ones of Harvey.
The Sun reported that the last time the pair were spotted together was very early during the lockdown when they posted Instagram Stories of the other while watching YouTube videos.
As usual, Harvey has continued to look fly and fabulous on her social media pages, making no mention of Future.
This might be the real reason Lori Harvey and Future have broken up
Though multiple children, babies mamas, and court drama would be enough to turn anyone’s stomach in a relationship, it looks like Harvey and Future’s split was actually amicable.
“It’s no beef. They’re cool,” an insider told MTO News “There wasn’t anything bad that happened. Lori’s young, and Future’s always on the road. It didn’t work out.”
In the wake of the breakup, Harvey has apparently moved out of Future penthouse apartment in LA and back into her parents’ Beverly Hills mansion. We’re sure that Harvey will bounce back and hopefully, her next relationship won’t have so many strings attached.
