On February 26, Union attended a special screening of Riff Raff at Regal Essex Crossing in New York City. The crime comedy film follows a former criminal thrown into turmoil when his old family appears for a long-awaited reckoning. In addition to Union, Riff Raff stars Jennifer Coolidge, Pete Davidson, Ed Harris, and Bill Murray. Union told Jenna Bush Hager on TODAY with Jenna & Friends that “all your dreams come true” when you get to work with Coolidge. “She’s a comedic legend.”
Gabrielle Union is making the rounds to promote her collaboration with Coolidge. Enter one of her sexiest looks of all time, which she called “just enough” on Instagram. The 52-year-old donned a completely sheer, floor-length dress for the screening. The piece featured a scoop neckline, delicate spaghetti straps, and a draped skirt that billowed effortlessly as Union walked. A rose-gold satin hem lined the bottom of the dress, which revealed whatever Union would permit beneath.
The Bring It On star wore simple chocolate brown panties with the look. But a daring Union went braless, showing off her décolletage and bosom in a way she never has before. She accessorized with a small handbag, a simple silver necklace, and stud earrings, slicking her dark hair back in a sleek ponytail. Union debuted several other looks as she made the media rounds to promote Riff Raff, but this one was decidedly her sexiest.

While talking with Hager, the Bad Boys II actor also shared more about her husband Dwyane Wade’s cancer diagnosis. The 3-time NBA champion went public in January 2025 after getting 40% of his right kidney removed. In 2023, he experienced the stomach pain, cramps, and urination issues. So Wade got a full-body scan, which resulted in kidney surgery and a cancer diagnosis of the tumor they removed. Union shared more about her husband’s experience. “Obviously, him getting that diagnosis was traumatic for him,” she began.
Union said Wade was unexpectedly faced with his own mortality. “You’re like, ‘Am I going to be here to see my family? Who am I without this big life and without this healthy body?'” She said it took a toll on their marriage, family, and kids. “He was a little more hesitant to take us on that journey of healing,” the She’s All That actor divulged.
“That level of vulnerability — to go through removal of a good chunk of his kidney and the healing that involved — he needed us to be okay with his vulnerability. But more than that, he needed to be okay with his vulnerability. It was a challenge.” Union shared that Wade is cancer free now. They cherish their time together more than ever.
