‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Sonny’s Custody Drama, Carly & Willow Beef Over Nina
At some point on General Hospital, Carly and Sonny are just going to have to admit that they love each other and that it was a mistake to let the other go. Sure, we know that they aren’t together because of circumstances beyond their control. Yes, Nina did a doozy on their relationship. But at a certain point, they just have to get together, don’t they? They’re literally making everyone else in Port Charles miserable with their nonsense. Just reunite as the Corinthos Clan and call it a day already. This way, Jason can go be with Britt, Ava can go be with Nikolas, Nina can wallow in her misery, and Sonny and Carly can live happily ever after.
But until that day comes, General Hospital fans will have to contend with this mess. And this week’s spoilers are no different. So, let’s get right into it.

On ‘General Hospital,’ Carly and Willow are beefing about Nina
According to Celeb Dirty Laundry, the latest General Hospital spoilers suggest that Carly’s anger toward Nina is getting out of hand. So much so, in fact, that Willow is desperate to reel Carly in about her anger. Carly, for her part, doesn’t want to hear it — she thinks her anger toward Nina is justified, and woe betides anyone who gets in her way in the quest for vengeance.
But Carly’s vengeance toward Nina may actually work against her. Look for things to pop off on the Oct. 25 episode of General Hospital, when Ava reminds Nina that she has a game-changing ace up her sleeve. Knowing Nina, she’s likely to play it. At this point, she’ll stop at nothing to get her man.
Sonny and Ava are beefing about their kid
Speaking of Ava, she’s the most understanding woman in the world. The latest General Hospital spoilers from Soaps @ SheKnows tell us that despite the fact that Ava’s beefing with Sonny about their kid, she has no problem with Nina hooking up with him. (How many times is Sonny Corinthos going to be passed around the ladies of Port Charles? Yikes.)
So on the Oct. 27 episode of the show, expect Ava and Sonny to battle it out about Avery — whom Sonny will share a sweet moment with. Ava and Sonny will also battle it out about Charlie’s, which is Ava’s late brother’s bar that Sonny wants to buy. Ava may be cool about Sonny passing around the little Corinthos all over Port Charles and Nixon Falls, but owning a bar once owned by her brother is a bridge too far. We guess, Ava.
Meanwhile, elsewhere in Port Charles
Spencer is still causing trouble in Port Charles, and things are just getting started. According to SoapHub, Nikolas’s problem child is going to be messy in the upcoming episodes of General Hospital.
“Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) huffed and puffed and swore that he wouldn’t do what his father and Ava were asking of him – as if he’d ever accept that marriage; he’d much rather take his chances at trial,” they report. “But would he really?”
General Hospital is definitely shaping up to be a barn-burner in the coming weeks.
