‘Get Organized with The Home Edit’: Who Is Joanna Teplin?
Joanna Teplin and Clea Shearer co-founded the home organization and design business, The Home Edit. The organization company transforms messes into a visually appealing organization haven for all types of households, including average families and A-list celebrities.
Reese Witherspoon utilized the Home Edit services and decided to help develop a show following the work of Teplin and Shearer. Witherspoon is an executive producer of Netflix series Get Organized with the Home Edit. The first season of the Netflix Original, Get Organized with the Home Edit, premieres on September 9, 2020.
The premise of ‘Get organized with the Home Edit’
The premise of Getting Organized with the Home Edit is simple: Teplin and Shearer tame the chaos of disorganized homes for one average family and one celebrity per episode. They will show how they redesign spaces with visual appeal and functionality in mind while providing viewers with useful information on how to transform their own rooms.
According to People, Get Organized with the Home Edit, some celebrity stars who will be on the show include Neil Patrick Harris, Eva Longoria, Khloe Kardashian, and Jordana Brewster. Naturally, Witherspoon will also appear on the show.
Teplin and Shearer also show-off their impressive design and organization skills on the show Master the Mess. Master the Mess is produced by Witherspoon’s production company, Hello Sunshine. It is available on DirecTv on-demand and YouTube. The 12 episode show, Master the Mess, may offer viewers a glimpse of what the design duo’s upcoming show, Get Organized with the Home Edit, will be like.
Marie Kondo of the Netflix original, Tidying Up with Marie Kondo, has already proved that viewers enjoy watching messes transform into something beautiful. Get Organized with the Home Edit will be informative, entertaining, and inspiring. Like Tidying Up with Marie Kondo, Get Organized with the Home Edit will also use the increasingly popular unscripted format.
The brand behind the show
The Home Edit is a professional organization service that turns chaotic clutter into a gorgeously arranged and functional space. The Nashville based business currently provides services in eight other metropolitan areas, including Atlanta, Bay Area/ San Francisco, Washington DC, Detroit, Los Angeles, New York, Orange Country (CA), and South Florida.
The Home Edit already has a strong track record for transforming the homes of celebrities, and they are the reason that Khloé Kardashian is known as one of the most organized celebrities.
Mandy Moore purchased a 1950’s fixer-upper home that she had remodeled and then hired the Home Edit to help her organize and style her gorgeous new home. The design duo often uses black, white, and neutral palettes. They have a distinct style and frequently use clear organization bins and carefully arrange colorful items in a specific rainbow pattern.
