Giannis Antetokounmpo and his wife, Mariah Riddlesprigger Antetokounmpo, quietly announced another pregnancy in late November 2024 with a social media post of Mariah’s growing bump. Some fans were shocked to hear that a fourth Antetokounmpo offspring was on the way. The couple has celebrated three births since 2020. However, the Greek-Nigerian NBA player and his wife have always wanted a big family.
Recently, the pair celebrated Stephen Curry’s bourbon at a special party. Despite the booze-focused celebration, a very pregnant Mariah made sure to attend.
Fans know Giannis and Mariah Antetokounmpo for their generous and humble spirits. After meeting in the mid-2010s, the couple wed in the summer of 2024 presumably between babies. Now, they make occasional appearances together, including one on February 16. Lending their support to their close friend, Giannis and Mariah attended Stephen Curry’s party featuring the Golden State star’s Gentleman’s Cut bourbon.
San Francisco sports bar Splash hosted Curry, his wife Ayesha, Giannis, Mariah, and several other celebs, including husband-wife duo, NFL player Hroniss Grasu and WNBA star Sabrina Ionescu. In 2023, Steph Curry launched Gentleman’s Cut Bourbon, a straight bourbon whiskey distilled in Boone County, Kentucky, and aged for 5 to 7 years. The 4-time NBA champion was involved in everything from the mash to the aging process.

Despite her gorgeous outfit, the mom is “big on comfort.” Mariah launched a loungewear collection called Sincerely, Mariah in 2021, according to the Wisconsin Rapids Daily Tribune. Since then, Vogue Greece has featured her on their digital cover. Mariah told the publication, “I wish that my kindness and generosity will one day make my children proud of their mum. They will definitely be proud of their dad, he is Giannis Antetokounmpo.”

This is Mariah’s fourth baby with her NBA-champion husband. The couple’s first son, Liam, was born on February 10, 2020. Their second son, Maverick, arrived on August 18, 2021. Daughter Eva Brooke was born on September 14, 2023. Throughout the pregnancies and deliveries, Giannis Antetokounmpo and Mariah have given back to their Milwaukee community through initiatives like diaper drives.
The mom explained her reasoning on Instagram, writing, “Diapers, wipes, food, etc. should be accessible and affordable for all families. I realize that I am privileged and fortunate enough to be able to afford those basic needs. With that privilege, I believe it is also my duty to give back and help other mothers and families provide those basic needs for their children.”
Now, the Antetokounmpo family is adding another baby to their brood. In 2023, Mariah took to Instagram Live, sharing, “We want a large family. I don’t think we’re done. We’re definitely not done.”

In October 2023, Giannis Antetokounmpo extended his contract with the Milwaukee Bucks, agreeing to three years and $186 million.
