Cara and Miles broke up on ‘God Friended Me’
The couple has recently been torn apart this season of God Friended Me. That’s because her stepfather was suggested through the God account. Miles wanted to see his case through while Cara wanted to leave it alone. In the end, her stepfather was arrested for insider trading and Cara wasn’t happy.
“You chose the God Account over me and that’s the choice we’re both going to have to live with,” she told Miles. We later found out what that meant.
Cara revealed that she didn’t believe the account was trying to help her family. “If that were true then it would have sent us his name six months ago before he even got involved with Jonathan Carter,” she told Miles. “But it didn’t because this was never about helping my family. Whoever’s behind this didn’t care what happened to them.”
She then said she wasn’t going to help with the God Account. Miles considered giving it up to continue their relationship, but Cara wouldn’t let him do that either.
Arthur and Trish’s wedding will make him confront his decision
The next episode will show Arthur (Joe Morton) and Trish getting married. The actors revealed what the event will mean for the characters.
“Miles is getting to see the type of life that he could possibly have to give up,” Hall told Entertainment Weekly. “It’s an on-going struggle and battle for him.”
Arthur is making the opposite decision of making a few sacrifices with work for love. Morton talked about the differences between their characters when it comes to this.
“Interestingly enough, I think as much as Miles is becoming more faithful to the God Account, they’re portraying Arthur as a lot more human with making choices between his job and his life with Trish — in terms of how ambitious is he in terms of wanting to be Bishop as opposed to what his responsibilities are at home,” he said.

Fans think a new woman might be interested in Miles
The upcoming episode will show the wedding. Chances are our characters will have some interesting interactions with wedding guests.
The show’s official Twitter account tweeted a photo of a woman holding hands with a man but smiling at Miles. Miles is also smiling back. It could be innocent, but fans have a lot to say about it.
“But why sister in the green dress looking like she tryna [sic] holla [sic] at Miles, though??” one fan tweeted. Another fan wrote, “Cara is getting competition ?!! YASSSSS !”
It’s possible the woman isn’t interested in Miles at all. Fans will have to watch the new episode on Sunday to find out for sure.
