‘Good Sam’: Who’s in the Cast of Sophia Bush’s New Show?
Sophia Bush is set to appear in the CBS drama Good Sam. Here’s a rundown of who’s in the cast of the former One Tree Hill star’s latest television series.
Sophia Bush
Sophia Bush plays Dr. Sam Griffith on Good Sam. One of Bush’s early roles was in the 2002 movie Van Wilder, in which she played the role of Sally. That year, she appeared in the TV movie Point of Origin. She played the character Cathy Orr. In 2003, Bush joined the One Tree Hill cast. She played Brooke Davis for 187 episodes until the series ended in 2012. Bush went on to star in Partners, in which she played Ali Landow for 13 episodes until the end of the series in 2013. Some of Bush’s other acting roles include appearances in Chicago P.D., Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, and Love, Victor.
Jason Isaacs
Jason Isaacs plays Rob “Griff” Griffith. One of Isaacs’ early roles was in a 1988 episode of the television series This Is David Lander titled “A Growing Crisis.” The following year, he appeared in the TV mini-series A Quiet Conspiracy. Isaacs made his film debut in the 1989 movie The Tall Guy.
Isaacs went on to join the cast of Capital City. He played Chas Ewell for 23 episodes from 1989 to 1990. In 1991, he starred in the TV mini-series The Heroic Legend of Arislan, in which he played Lajendra for six episodes. A few years later, in 1998, Isaacs took on the role of Ronald Quincy in Armageddon. Some of Isaacs’ other roles include appearances in Dragonheart, The Patriot, Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, Brotherhood, and Star Trek: Discovery.
Michael Stahl-David
Michael Stahl-David plays Dr. Caleb Tucker. One of his early roles was the character Rossetti in the 2001 movie New Port South. In 2003, he played Craig in the movie Uncle Nino. One of Stahl-David’s first television roles was as Riordan Grady in a 2007 episode of Law & Order: Criminal Intent titled “Players.” That year, he joined the cast of The Black Donovans, in which he played Sean Donnelly for 13 episodes. Some of Stahl-David’s other roles include appearances in Almost Family, Chambers, The Deuce, and Narcos.
Skye P. Marshall
Skye P. Marshal plays Dr. Lex Trulie. One of her early acting roles was in the 2010 movie Reservation, in which she played the character Tawanna Stewart. In 2011, Marshall joined the television series 8 Days a Week. She played Zoe Daniels for 10 episodes. In 2018, she played Kara Fowdy for 10 episodes in the series Black Lightning. Some of her other appearances include roles in Love Handles, The Advocates, and Chilling Adventures of Sabrina.
Davi Santos
Davi Santos plays Dr. Joey Costa. One of his early acting roles was the character Juan in the 2010 short film The Support Group. From 2012 to 2013, Santos played Carlos in the TV series Mr. Box Office. He made his film debut as Abe in the 2013 movie Densely Hollow.
From 2015 to 2016, Santos played Ivan, Gold Dino Charge Ranger, and Zach on the children’s show Power Rangers Dino Charge. Some of his other acting appearances include roles in Power Rangers Beast Morphers, Tell Me a Story, Law & Order True Crime, and How to Rock.
Edwin Hodge
Edwin Hodge plays Malcolm A. Kingsley. One of his early roles was the role of Dexter’s friend in the 1995 film Die Hard with a Vengeance. That year, he appeared in an episode of New York Undercover titled “Man’s Best Friend.” The following year, Hodge played Todd Henessey in The Long Kiss Goodnight. From 2000 to 2002, the actor played Jamaal Crenshaw on the television series Boston Public. His other acting appearances include roles in Jack & Bobby, Mental, Take Me Home Tonight, Cougar Town, Chicago Fire, Six, and Mayans M.C.
Wendy Crewson
Wendy Crewson plays Vivian Katz. One of her early roles was Kate in the 1980 TV movie War Brides. In 1982, she played Kate Finch in the TV movie Mazes and Monsters. In 1985, Crewson landed a recurring role as Prosecutor Dorothy Fredericks in the TV series Night Heat. Crewson made her big-screen film debut when she played Dale in the 1985 movie Mark of Cain. Her other acting appearances include roles in Crimes of Passion, Air Force One, Saving Hope, When Hope Calls, Frankie Drake Mysteries, and Departure.
Omar Maskati
Omar Maskati plays Dr. Isan M. Shah. One of Maskati’s early roles was in two episodes of Blue Bloods titled “This Way Out” and “The Bitter End.” In 2015, he landed a recurring role as Marwan in the series Tyrant. The following year, Maskati played Omar in seven episodes of Better Call Saul. His other acting appearances include roles in The Handmaid’s Tale, 68 Whiskey, and Time After Time.
