It’s college move-in season, and the celebrities are out in full force. Over the last few weekends, several Hollywood A-listers have dropped their kids off at schools nationwide and lamented how quickly their youngsters grew up. Gwyneth Paltrow is one of those parents. Paltrow previously opened up about helping Moses pick the perfect school for his academic needs. In October, she discussed the college tour process with Bustle. She said that Moses was incredibly laid back about the decision-making process and didn’t hone in on any particular school immediately. She said they went back and toured schools again so that Moses could make a final decision.

Moses isn’t the only incoming college freshman in Paltrow’s blended family. Paltrow’s stepson, Brody Falchuk, is also an incoming freshman. According to Page Six, Paltrow was spotted with her husband, Brad Falchuk, in New Haven, Connecticut, in mid-August. Falchuk and Paltrow were on hand to move Brody into his dorm at Yale University. Falchuk’s daughter, 19-year-old Isabella, attends Cornell.

Apple Martin attends Vanderbilt University

Gwyneth Paltrow isn’t new to the college dropoff experience. Moses is her youngest child. The mother of two admitted she had a much different experience during the college hunt for her daughter, Apple Martin. The 20-year-old was set on Vanderbilt University from early on. Paltrow told Bustle that Apple was laser-focused on the school and did everything she could to get there. She insists the 20-year-old never wavered in her decision to attend the Nashville university.

Apple graduated from a private high school in California in 2022. She was classmates with Kate Hudson’s son, Ryder Robinson. Since landing at Vanderbilt, she joined a sorority and appeared to be doing fine despite the institution’s rigorous academics. She does not maintain a public Instagram account.
