Gypsy Rose Blanchard’s life since being released from prison has been a whirlwind, to say the least. Blanchard was released from a Missouri prison in December. Seven months later, she is dealing with a divorce while planning for her first child with her new romantic partner. The pregnancy news has followers wondering if Gypsy Rose Blanchard and Ryan Anderson are even officially divorced yet.

Gypsy Rose Blanchard has packed a lot of living into the last seven months. The former inmate not only filed for divorce since being released from prison but she’s rekindled her romance with a former love and announced her pregnancy.
On July 9, Blanchard took to YouTube to share the news that she’s expecting her first child. Blanchard revealed that she and her ex-fiance, turned boyfriend, Ken Urker, plan to welcome their first baby together in January. She is about 11 weeks pregnant.
While her followers are overjoyed to see Blanchard happy and thriving, they can’t help but notice the TV personality’s quick turnaround. Based on the timeline, Blanchard conceived her first child just one month after announcing her divorce from Ryan Anderson and within days of filing for divorce.
Is Gypsy Rose Blanchard divorced yet?
While Blanchard has moved on from her husband, fans cannot help but wonder if they are legally divorced at this point. The answer is a resounding no.
Blanchard and her husband, Ryan Anderson, announced their split in March 2024. Blanchard took to Facebook to tell followers she needed to find herself and that she had moved in with her family during the separation. Just days later, she was spotted out and about with her ex-fiance, Ken Urker.
While Urker and Blanchard initially insisted they were “just friends,” things escalated just weeks after Blanchard and Anderson split. By the end of April, Blanchard had filed for divorce. Around the same time, TMZ reported that Blanchard and Urker had been spotted locking lips.
While divorce paperwork has been filed, a judge has not signed off on anything. In fact, there has yet to be any movement in the case, meaning it could be months before Blanchard is no longer legally married to Anderson. It is possible that she’ll welcome her child with Urker before her divorce from Anderson is finalized.
Ryan Anderson has yet to comment on Blanchard’s big news. While he has remained active on social media since the end of his marriage, Anderson has taken the last few weeks off of Instagram. He has not posted since late June. It is unclear if Anderson learned of Blanchard’s pregnancy before the rest of the public.
