A source told In Touch Weekly that Hailey wants to be “instrumental” in Justin’s future career. Justin released his last studio album, Justice, in 2021 and has no plans to tour. Hailey could likely help boost him back into the spotlight.
“Hailey has incredible business acumen and a real eye for trends,” the insider said. “She’s also Justin’s No. 1 fan and genuinely believes he’s the best artist in the world. When Justin is down on himself, her support does wonders for his confidence.”
The source added that Hailey wants to take a “strategic role” in Justin’s business life, as she “believes the sky is the limit” for the pop star. “She’s very tapped into social media and just has a natural instinct about what is next,” the source continued. “Plus, she’s got her finger on the pulse of his fans and what they want from him, which is invaluable when it comes to marketing.” Additionally, Hailey won’t let others “take advantage” of her more trusting husband.

A source told RadarOnline that Justin’s bank account is “dwindling” because he hasn’t produced new music or hit the road for a new tour in years. In 2022, the pop star was diagnosed with Ramsay-Hunt syndrome, which affected his ability to play live.
“Justin has always been irresponsible with money and spends freely without looking at prices or his bank balance,” the source alleged. “No wonder the money is dwindling. The quickest way to make some cash would be to tour, but Justin probably wouldn’t be able to withstand the rigors of the road.”
The insider added that “things are not looking good for Justin. Without any cash flow, he’s not going to be able to sustain his extravagant lifestyle much longer.”
