‘Hawkeye’ Star Hailee Steinfeld Revealed Behind-The-Scene Photo From Her First Day of Filming on the Marvel Set
Disney+ dropped two new episodes of Marvel’s Hawkeye on Nov. 24, introducing the world to a new Marvel archer. Hailee Steinfeld as Kate Bishop stole the hearts of fans, and the Hawkeye actor posted a behind-the-scenes photo from the first day of filming to celebrate. Her bubbly personality as the alleged ‘world’s greatest archer’ spills over into real life.

Jeremy Renner stepped back into his role as Clint Barton, aka Hawkeye, for the first time since Avengers: Endgame. However, Hawkeye marked Steinfeld’s first steps onto a Marvel set.
And she could barely contain herself.
Steinfeld plays Kate Bishop, a Marvel archer who first debuted in Young Avengers #1 in 2005. She teamed up with a group of younger heroes to stop a group of thieves, and they even went on to fight Kang the Conquerer.
Excited to play the future Avenger, Steinfeld struck a pose on set to commemorate the occasion. She finally revealed the behind-the-scenes photo from the first day of filming for the series debut.

When the series dropped, fans rushed to see what the archer got into after the Thanos fight. Steinfeld took the behind-the-scenes photo to Instagram and Twitter, excitedly announcing the first two Hawkeye episodes.
“Hawkeye Episodes 1 & 2 are out now on Disney+!!!” Steinfeld posted on Nov. 24. “[This was] taken on the first day of filming following an overly excited freakout, similar to the one taking place as I type this …”
The set she posed on looked to come from a shocking scene where Kate Bishop discovers something horrific.
“To the fans of the MCU, I’m so grateful I get to be a part of your world as Kate Bishop, and I can’t wait for you to watch it all unfold,” Steinfeld continued. She encouraged fans to stream the show as soon as they could.

Outside of Hailee Steinfeld’s behind-the-scene photo, Renner has also posted about the Hawkeye series.
“I’m so very proud of this one!” Jeremy Renner said, retweeting Steinfeld teasing fans about Kate Bishop.
However, Renner admitted that he does not stand as the usual Disney protagonist.
“I don’t have a Disney face,” he told The New York Times with a laugh. Talking in the third person, he said, “That guy, he’s got some experience in his life. He’s got some hardships. There are murderous qualities in that resting face of his.”
However, he knew he could pull it off. “Can I also do a Disney film?” he said. “Hell yeah, I can do a Disney film. I’m not the king of darkness here.”
As the Marvel series continues to unfold with Hawkeye, Kate, and Lucky the Pizza Dog fighting against the Tracksuit Mafia, more behind-the-scenes photos are sure to break online.
