Heather Rae Young Suggests She Does Most of the Communicating With Christina Hall for Tarek El Moussa
HGTV star Christina Hall appears to have a custody battle ahead of her. Hall’s second ex-husband, Ant Anstead, filed a petition for full custody of their two-year-old son, Hudson Anstead. Hall doesn’t have the same drama with the father of her other two children, or so it would seem. She and Tarek El Moussa appear to be co-parenting their children, Taylor El Moussa and Brayden El Moussa, effectively. That might be thanks to El Moussa’s wife, Heather Rae Young, though.

Heather Rae Young revealed exactly why Christina Hall and Tarek El Moussa appear to have very few co-parenting issues now. The duo has opted to keep their households separate, and Young has jumped in to coordinate following her October 2021 wedding.
In an interview with InTouch Weekly, Young said that she does most of communicating and coordinating with Hall when it comes to the children. She told the publication, “But obviously, we communicate for the children. Her and I mainly do,” Aside from logistics, Rae revealed that they don’t plan joint activities. They “keep it separate,” insisted the Selling Sunset star.

While Young doesn’t seem to mind coordinating the children’s schedules with Hall, it looks like a bit of an undertaking. Tarek El Moussa and Christina Hall appear to split their parenting time almost 50/50.
According to The Marks Law Firm, in their 2018 divorce, the couple agreed to a 4-3 custody agreement. Based on the agreement, Tarek has the children three days a week, while Christina manages the other four. They also alternate holidays, opting to create individual traditions rather than blend their two families for shared holidays.

Tarek El Moussa and Christina Hall might have fallen into an amicable but distant pattern of co-parenting now, but that’s not the way it always was. El Moussa and Hall’s lives were intertwined for years following their divorce. The two only recently unraveled their business lives following the cancelation of their HGTV show, Flip or Flop.
Before the final episode aired, El Moussa was caught berating his ex-wife and business partner in front of a film crew. According to People, El Moussa screamed at his ex-wife, insisting that he “made” her and calling her a “washed up loser.”
El Moussa and Hall each have independent shows with HGTV now. El Moussa stars in Flipping 101 With Tarek El Moussa, while Hall appears in Christina on the Coast. Heather Rae Young is a main cast member on Selling Sunset, a reality series about an elite real estate brokerage.
