Heather Thomson isn’t backing down from the explosive fight she had with Leah McSweeney on The Real Housewives of New York City.

Thomson believes that McSweeney needs to own her words and actions, especially if she is as strong of a woman as she fronts on the show. “If Leah really wants to show that she is a big, strong, proud woman, she should say I f**ked up,” Thomson told Access. “I should not have done that.” Thomson added that she learned that McSweeney made disparaging remarks about her in her Instagram stories. “She said she apologized to me. She never apologized to me.”

During the latest episode, McSweeney and Thomson clashed over whether or not McSweeney planned to vote in the upcoming presidential election. “You are white feminism 101, you are the f**king problem,” McSweeney lashed out at Thomson when Thomson said it was McSweeney’s duty to vote. “You think you’re the authority on everything. Do not talk about me, do not talk about anything that I say. It’s none of your f**king business. Why do you have to be in everyone’s business like a ‘Karen’?”

Heather Thomson said she was empathetic to Leah McSweeney about her grandmother

Thomson added that she had no contact with McSweeney after McSweeney left the house to see her grandmother. “And she kept saying, like, I’m done with this stuff,” Thomson recalled. “I’m going to go to my grandmother. I’m not going to go to my grandmother.” Adding, “I’m going to go.” Thomson described a scenario where McSweeney was very indecisive.

Thomson then shared a story with McSweeney of her experience being by her uncle’s side when he died. “It was one of the most beautiful experiences I’ve ever had in my lifetime,” she recalled. “I watched him pass on. I felt the energy. It was beautiful, and I shared that with her and I was even empathetic, like are you scared to see her that way?”

And then, “She’s saying that I don’t help women. I mean, please, for all I mean, let’s not compare resumes,” Thomson said.

Would Heather Thomson return to ‘RHONY’?

Thomson isn’t sure if she will ever return to the show. But added, “It’s a joke, right? So the women don’t decide who’s on the show or not on the show. The relationships that I have with the women are all she can say to me that, no, she has no idea, that’s all bullsh*t. What Sonja [Morgan] said to me, what Luann [de Lesseps] …”

“The phone calls I got from the women, you know what I mean?” she continued. “Including Ebony [Williams] seeing me. I mean, it’s just like crazy. So all of that is ridiculous. I decided not to film again because I had not signed my contract. I was not going to move forward with the show. So I honestly think that she thought that she could just, like, punchbag me all season and that I was under contract and then I was sucked in like the rest of them. But I wasn’t.”

“So single-handedly, they wanted a fifth, sixth player for the show,” she dished. “We all know it works that way. And so all she did is self-produce and undermine the network. That’s how I look at it.”

The Real Housewives of New York City is on Tuesday at 9/8c on Bravo.
