‘Help! I’m in a Secret Relationship’ is about ‘heartbreaking stories’ 

According to the Help! I’m in a Secret Relationship media release, the docuseries follows the “heartbreaking stories of people who have been emotionally manipulated into keeping their relationships a secret.” Mills and Jones examine these relationships, referred to as the “cautionary tales of people who believe they have found the love of their lives, only to discover lies at the core of their relationships.”

In each episode, Mills and Jones will investigate the twists of relationships on the brink. With the person being kept a secret, they’ll uncover clues and theories about why their relationship is so hush-hush.

In the end, these couples will come face to face with the truth behind their partner’s deception. “When unpredictable secrets are finally revealed, will the truth set them free or will it end the relationship forever?”

‘Help! I’m in a Secret Relationship’ premieres on April 26

The series premieres Tuesday, April 26 at 9:00 p.m. ET in the U.S. and will launch internationally in May. Fans can watch the docuseries on MTV.

Meet the hosts of ‘Help! I’m in a Secret Relationship,’ Travis Miss and Rahne Jones 

Mills is a recording artist, actor, and on-air personality who hosts the Apple Music Beats radio show Travis Mills Live. He is also the host of the podcast ADHD with Travis Mills and the co-host of MTV’s docuseries Ghosted: Love Gone Missing with Rachel Lindsay. You may have seen Mills in his other television appearances, which include NBC’s Good Girls, Netflix’s Flaked, The Coop from Funny Or Die, and the Freeform series Alone Together. Outside of television and podcasting, Mills is the lead singer and guitarist in the pop-punk rock band Girlfriends, who recently toured with Machine Gun Kelly and Mod Sun. 

Mills’ Help! I’m in a Secret Relationship co-host Jones is an actor, writer, host, and activist who made her professional acting debut as Skye Leighton in the Golden Globe-nominated Netflix series The Politician. Jones’ other acting credits include the FX series Pose and After School History, Jones’ social media-based educational comedy series. Before becoming an actor, Rahne spent four years working for the Department of Homeland Security.
