Here’s When All Your Favorite Shows Come Back to TV for Fall 2021
The fall 2021 TV season is almost here. Read on for a look at when NCIS, Chicago Fire, and more of your favorite shows return.
NCIS: Los Angeles
Premiere date: Sunday, Oct. 10, at 9:00 p.m. ET (CBS)
NCIS: Los Angeles Season 13 will look very different. Long-time cast members Renée Felice Smith and Barrett Foa left the series. Gerald McRaney (Admiral Hollace Kilbride) will join the cast as a series regular. The rest of the cast (Caleb Castille, LL Cool J, Lind Hunt, Chris O’Donnell) is also set to return.
NCIS
Premiere date: Monday, Sept. 20, at 9:00 p.m. Eastern Time (CBS)
This is the show many TV viewers are most excited to see this fall. You can expect to see NCIS Season 19 on Monday, Sept. 20, at 9:00 p.m. Eastern Time on CBS. This is a new night and time for the series. Previously, the series aired on CBS Tuesdays at 8:00 p.m.
NCIS: Hawai’i
Premiere date: Monday, Sept. 20, at 10:00 p.m. Eastern Time (CBS)
NCIS: Hawai’i Season 1 stars Vanessa Lachey as Special Agent in Charge Jane Tennant. Actors Tori Anderson, Kian Talan, Yasmine Al-Bustami, Noah Mills, and Jason Antoon are also part of the cast. The series will air on Monday Sept. 20, at 10:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
Law & Order: Organized Crime
Premiere date: Thursday, Sept. 23, at 10:00 p.m. Eastern Time (NBC)
Law & Order: Organized Crime will return for the second season on Sept. 23 at 10:00 p.m. Eastern Time. When the series returns, we’ll see if Angela Wheatley (Tamara Taylor) survives her ordeal. We’ll also hopefully get some questions answered regarding Elliott and Olivia’s relationship.
Law & Order: SVU
Premiere date: Thursday, Sept. 23, at 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time (NBC)
Law & Order: SVU Season 24, starring Mariska Hargitay (Olivia Benson), will return to NBC on Sept. 23. One big question many fans have is whether Olivia and Elliott (Chris Meloni) will pursue a romantic relationship.
Chicago Fire
Premiere date: Wednesday, September 22, at 9:00 p.m. Eastern Time
During the Chicago Fire Season 9 finale, Matt Casey (Jesse Spencer) and Sylvie Brett (Kara Killmer) declare their love for each other. Also, Severide (Taylor Kinney) and the rescue squad are trapped underwater while trying to save someone. We’re waiting for season 10 to see what happens next. Will everyone survive?
Chicago Med
Premiere date: Wednesday, September 22, at 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time (NBC)
Chicago Med Season 6 ended with Dr. Natalie Manning admitting she stole trial drugs for her mother. Will Halstead was fired.
Blue Bloods
Premiere date: Friday, Oct. 1, at 10:00 p.m.
The Reagans will sit down for their 250th family dinner.
The Good Doctor
Premiere date: Monday, September 27, at 10:00 p.m. Eastern Time (ABC)
During The Good Doctor Season 4 finale, Lea proposed to Shaun. We also see that Park and Morgan finally decide they want to be with each other. Unfortunately, two of the characters on the show are having some marital issues. Hopefully, they will iron things out by the start of season 5.
B Positive
Premiere date: Thursday, Oct. 7, at 9:30 p.m. Eastern Time (CBS)
B Positive Season 2 left off with Gina and Drew heading to the kidney transplant surgery. We’ll get to see how the surgery turned out when the series returns. We’ll also get to see if anything romantic develops between Drew and Gina. There have been hints they have feeling for each other. Gina is dating Eli, but it looks like there’s a possibility she could start something with Drew.
