When does the next episode of  ‘High School Musical: The Musical: The Series’ premiere on Disney+?

We have some bad news for some fans of these East High Wildcats. There is only one episode of High School Musical: The Musical: The Series left, premiering on this streaming platform on Jan. 10, 2020. This is the 10th episode in the first season, entitled “Act Two.”

This will be the last time fans see these characters perform iconic High School Musical songs, including the few original songs written specifically for this spin-off series. Cast members of ‘High School Musical: The Musical: The Series’ discussed characters like Ricky and Nini

What’s next for characters like Nini and Ricky? Although this Disney+ series has been renewed for its second season, there is no official premiere date for the next season. Until then, some cast members commented on the characters and their respective relationships.

“It perfectly mirrors real high school love lives. They can be pretty messy and the line is constantly blurred and literally every week, a new thing happens. I know at least when I was in high school, you’re trying to keep up with what’s going on and you’re like, ‘Wait, they’re dating who now? This happened last night, what are you talking about?'” Joshua Bassett said during an interview with Entertainment Tonight.

“Everything’s kind of all over the place and it’s cool to see the characters not only figure out their relationship with each other but also grow into themselves as they are in their later years in high school and really starting to define who they are and what they stand for,” the actor continued. “I think it’s cool to see the development of that throughout this season and seasons to come.”
