How ’90 Day Fiancé’ Star Paul Staehle Paid Tribute to Wife Karine on Their 3-Year Wedding Anniversary
Paul Staehle and his wife Karine are trying to make their marriage work after spending the summer fighting in the public eye. The 90 Day Fiancé couple is living together once again. And in a recent post, Paul highlighted how far they’ve come with an anniversary tribute to Karine.
The ’90 Day Fiancé’ stars separated over the summer
While their season of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After was still on the air, Paul and Karine got into a heated argument, which Paul posted on social media. The altercation involved police and subsequently led to both parties filing orders of protection against each other.
Karine, who Paul revealed, was pregnant with their second child, took their young son, Pierre, and moved out of the house. The couple went back and forth with accusations on social media for weeks. And as a result, they were not included in the 90 Day Fiancé season-end Tell All special.
They recently got back together
In September, Paul and Karine dropped their restraining orders. When talking to 90 Day Fiancé blogger John Yates, Paul revealed that the couple was on the road to reconciliation.
“I regret saying a lot of things. I think that I should have really been a lot more professional, a lot more private,” Paul admitted. “And I regret things, I’m sorry. I hope and pray for brighter days, and for positive things to happen that we could all be at a peaceful future, a good future for everybody.”
“There’s a lot of things I shouldn’t have done,” he continued. “Karine has every right to be upset. Karine has every reason to have her concerns. And I was wrong to say things that I did publicly. I was wrong to do what I did.”
Paul also noted that he and Karine were living together again. And he mentioned that they planned to move to Brazil for the birth of their second son.
Paul and Karine are in Brazil for their third anniversary
As indicated by Paul’s Instagram account, the 90 Day Fiancé couple is currently in Brazil. He recently posted pictures hanging our with Karine’s family. And on Halloween, the couple celebrated together with their Brazilian family and friends.
On Nov. 3, Paul posted a series of photos on Instagram commemorating three years of marriage to Karine. “Happy 3 Year Wedding Anniversary,” he wrote. “It’s been one hell of a roller coaster ride.”
In the post, Paul shared pictures of his wedding day. Some feature Karine as a bride. And in one photo, the couple is kissing in front of their wedding cake.
In the comments section, most of Paul’s followers wished him the best. His 90 Day Fiancé co-star, David Toborowsky, wrote, “Happy Anniversary to you guys.”
