How Many Kids Does Nick Cannon Have?
Nick Cannon just announced that he is expecting kids with his girlfriend, Abby De La Rosa. The news comes less than a year after Cannon and Brittany Bell welcomed a child. The child with Bell was reportedly the reason for the end of his long-standing relationship with model Jessica White, who was also once pregnant with his child. So, with all these stories floating around, you may be wondering how many kids Cannon has.
Nick and Mariah Carey
Cannon and singer Mariah Carey have two kids. The two met in 2005 at the Teen Choice Awards but it wasn’t until 2008, when he starred in her “Bye, Bye” music video that the two started dating. They only dated for a few weeks before getting married.
In 2011, Carey gave birth to twins, Monroe and Moroccan. In 2014, Cannon filed for divorce, citing his children as part of the reason he left.
“I feel like when two people are in a relationship, it should be about growth,” he said on The Wendy Williams Show. “It should be a situation where everyone’s becoming a better human being in the relationship. So when you get to a point where there’s no longer any growth and you’re not bettering each other…I felt like it was probably best, especially for our children, since they’re the No.1 priority if I could be the best human being and the best father from outside of that house.”

Cannon also had kids with some of his girlfriends. He has had several significant others since his divorce. During Cannon’s split from Carey, he began being linked to White. The two split but then reunited. The ultimate end of their relationship came when White found out that Cannon was expecting a child with Bell.
“[Brittany] was aware that I had just had a miscarriage,” White said in an interview with Hollywood Unlocked. “Two weeks prior to her news ’cause I had told her and I was living at [Nick’s] house. She knew that, as well. But I found out on Instagram along with the rest of the world.”
White said that at the time of Bell’s announcement, she and Cannon had actually been working on their relationship.
“We were actually still trying to work things out. He was with me for my birthday, like, it wasn’t until I went home to New Orleans to visit family where I had to ask myself some heavy-duty questions,” she said.
How many kids does Nick Cannon have?
In addition to his twins with Carey, Cannon has two kids with Bell, 3-year-old Golden and Powerful Queen, who was born in December. Now, he is expecting twins with De La Rosa.
“Our dearest sons – my miracle babies, Thank you for choosing me to be your Mommy,” De La Rosa wrote in an Instagram post.
“I know the Lord has destined me and prepared me for the gift of not one but two little angels,” she continued. “I pray that God gives you both the strength to walk brave and boldly in your individual truth just like your Daddy. That God bless you and your brother and guide you into living out your full purpose.”
After the twins’ birth, Cannon will have six children.
