Maniscalco never gave up on his dreams of being a successful comedian. His work ethic and personality are what helped get his comedy career on the road. Maniscalco took a lot of side jobs and part-time jobs so he could focus on the work that mattered to him most.

For seven years Maniscalco served tables at the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills while he tried to book as many jobs as possible performing his stand up. Maniscalco even admitted to using his breaks while waiting tables to squeeze in stand-up sets at the Comedy Store.

How Sebastian Maniscalco became one of the highest paying comedians

Maniscalco’s fame and popularity slowly but surely began to increase after the 2006 premier of Wild West Comedy Show: 30 Days & 30 Nights – Hollywood to the Heartland. Just a few years later Maniscalco managed to release Sebastian Live as a result of his successful work with Comedy Central.

In 2010 Maniscalco made an appearance in another comedy-based documentary called Just Like Us. Two years later Maniscalco showcased his abilities to perform, write, and even produce with the production of Sebastian Maniscalco: What’s Wrong with People?.
