While Josh is no longer a staple on any TLC shows, his wife, Anna Duggar, is still in the spotlight — especially now that she’s pregnant with their seventh child. So, how old is Josh in 2021? Josh Duggar is the oldest child of Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar. He’s 33 years old in 2021, as he was born March 3, 1988. Anna is just 32. The couple married on Sept. 26, 2008, when Josh was just 20 years old.
Unfortunately, scandal has followed Josh through his 20s. And it continues to do so in 2021. On April 29, 2021, he was arrested in Arkansas by federal agents, TMZ reports. The report explains he’s currently being held without bail, and he was arrested in Washington County.
Legal trouble followed Josh in 2019 as well. Homeland Security agents were seen at Josh’s car lot in November 2019, and reports noted federal agents raided his office. While there’s currently a civil lawsuit filed against him for real estate fraud, that’s his only known current legal issue. As for his latest arrest, we are awaiting more details.
So far, Anna has remained quiet about the arrest, too. Her latest Instagram posts celebrated her seventh pregnancy and all of the young Duggar family granddaughters, and she’s now limiting the comments on her posts following the arrest.

2021 is proving to be a difficult year for Josh, but his 2015 scandal nearly took the Duggar family off of TV completely. When the scandal came to light, Josh was just 27 years old. He and Anna started a family by that time as well.
So, what happened in 2015? The Washington Post reports years prior, Josh allegedly molested four of his younger sisters and a babysitter. “He said he was just curious about girls and he had gone in and just basically touched them over their clothes while they were sleeping; they didn’t even know he had done it,” Jim Bob Duggar explained at the time.
Jessa and Jill Duggar also spoke out about the alleged scandal, as they were directly affected by Josh’s abuse. “The system that was set up to protect kids, both those who make stupid mistakes or have problems like this in their life and the ones that are affected by those choices — it’s greatly failed,” Jessa, who was 22 at the time, explained.

So, how old are Josh Duggar and Anna Duggar’s children today? Mackynzie is the oldest, and she’s 11 years old. Michael is 9, Marcus is 7, Meredith is 5, Mason is 3, and Maryella is 1 year old. Baby No. 7 will arrive in fall 2021, according to Anna’s Instagram announcement.
Will the seventh baby have another “M” name? It seems that’s the theme Josh and Anna are going with, so they’ll certainly continue. TV Shows Ace notes Anna might have another baby name already picked out, too.
“Your babies are all so cute!! My sons name is Miles … just a suggestion if you have another boy,” a fan commented to Anna.
“I love the name Miles!” Anna commented back. “We discussed using it when I was expecting Mason.”
