Ice Spice Stuns in a Sizzling Sheer Mirrored Maxi Dress at Alexander Wang Runway Show
On Wednesday, Alexander Wang celebrated his “no season” fashion show in New York City. The American fashion designer went classic Wang as he commemorates nearly 20 years of style. The presentation featured a “car crash” involving a full-size vehicle cut in half inside his SoHo store.
No fashion show would be complete without celebrity guests. Kim Cattrall, Method Man, Tinashe, Selah Marley, and Alabama Barker attended. But Ice Spice stole the show with her sizzling look.
The “Boys a liar Pt. 2” rapper posed underneath the car before the show. Just like Ice Spice, Wang’s collection was edgy, sexy, and revealing. Its leather pieces were studded, and its denim was low-rise. Wang added oversized shirts, tracksuits, and bomber jackets to create iconic street styles.
Ice Spice adhered to the theme in every way. She donned an ankle-length sheer dress over a black bra and black thong. Studs covered the 24-year-old’s long-sleeve dress, black heels, and purse. Her shoes featured X-shaped straps, and her football-shaped purse added an edgy touch.
Ice Spice wore long, clear nails painted with tiger stripes. She nixed any notable jewelry, letting her sexy, see-through look take center stage. The “Princess Diana” rapper wore her thigh-length locks in natural-looking light waves. She kept her makeup subdued, defining her brows and adding winger eyeliner, feminine lashes, and a pink lip.
Ice Spice and the other guests watched the models walk the runway and perform theatrical stunts like putting on lipstick and talking on cell phones. Bad boy Dennis Rodman participated in the show, walking in a leather tracksuit with Ricco studs glued to his head. Other notable models included Slick Woods and Gabbriette Bechtel.
Additional special guests included model and singer Selah Marley, the granddaughter of reggae musician Bob Marley and daughter of singer-songwriter rapper Lauryn Hill. Sex and the City star Kim Cattrall sat front row, and Blink 182 drummer Travis Barker’s daughter Alabama Barker also attended.
Selah wore a trucker hat, black bra, cropped utility coat, and mini shorts. Kim Cattrall’s chic blazer minidress showcased flap pockets and peak lapels. Alabama wore a belted black taffeta trenchcoat as a dress. All three women wore variations of Wang’s signature studded embellishments.
