The legends, icons, and stars, Trixie Mattel and Katya, are pretty good friends with other celebrities. For RuPaul’s Drag Race: All-Stars 3 winner, Trixie Mattel, that includes the rapper behind songs “Fancy” and “Sally Walker,” Iggy Azalea. Here’s what we learned about their friendship, and what the two were recently texted about.

Trixie Mattel and Katya competed on ‘RuPaul’s Drag Race’

Some know them from UNHhhh, others know them as the New York Times best-selling authors behind the book Trixie and Katya’s Guide to Modern Womanhood. Trixie Mattel and Katya sashayed into the spotlight with RuPaul’s Drag Race. They have been stealing our hearts (and making us laugh) ever since.

Over the course of their RuPaul’s Drag Race careers, these two performers ran into a number of celebrities. For season 7, celebrity guest judges included Ariana Grande, Demi Lovato, and Jordan Sparks.

There’s also a few celebrities that are fans of the series, (Anne Hathaway, Kate McKinnon, and Miley Cyrus, just to name a few.) Outside of the series, however, Trixie Mattel and Katya have a number of celebrities in their contact lists.

Trixie Mattel texts with rapper Iggy Azalea

For one video with InTouch Weekly, Trixie Mattel and Katya sat down to share some of the content of their phones. For Trixie Mattel, that includes a picture of herself in costume with no makeup or wig on. For Katya that includes a message between her and Jiggly Caliente.

At one point, the duo was asked who is the most famous person in their contact list. For Katya, the most famous person she talks to is Kate Beckinsale, the actor behind the Underworld movies.

Her daughter is a big fan of the series, RuPaul’s Drag Race, and the actor actually owes Katya a favor.  Almost instantly, Trixie Mattel pointed out that she had Iggy Azalea in her contacts and was recently messaging her.

“I was just texting her because she was reading our book and she was sending me voice messages of her with that accent like reading the book,” Trixie Mattel said. This wouldn’t be the first time that Iggy Azalea contacts one of the girls from RuPaul’s Drag Race.
