Kristen Stewart has been in the entertainment business since she was a child and has become an accomplished actor today. The star has picked up a number of awards for her work over the years and was even nominated for an Oscar for her role as Princess Diana in the movie Spencer.

Recently, Stewart has been building up her real estate portfolio and just purchased a new home in Los Feliz where she owns another property too. Here’s more on her newer home as well as the Mediterranean revival-style mansion she has owned for a decade, and some of her other properties.

Inside Stewart’s private Los Feliz residence

Stewart has called the Los Feliz section of Los Angeles home for many years.

She previously lived in a ranch home there with her ex-Robert Pattinson before purchasing a two-story hillside pad for $2.2 million in 2012. That property is gated and the front of her estate is surrounded by brush and lots of tropical landscaping to offer Stewart plenty of privacy.

Behind the trees, her house is a mix of southwestern and contemporary style. It boasts over 3,300 square feet of living space and has four bedrooms with four-and-a-half bathrooms. Her backyard is picturesque featuring a terrace, a pool, a spa, and sweeping views of Hollywood.

She also bought a Mediterranean Revival-style home in Los Feliz

Apparently, one house in Los Feliz wasn’t enough for Stewart so she bought another. In 2021, Dirt reported that she purchased a second place in the area for $6 million. The 1920s Mediterranean Revival-style mansion she picked up was previously owned by ER actor Anthony Edwards.

The property is larger than her other Los Feliz home with 4,864 square feet, four bedrooms, and five-and-a-half bathrooms. Some of the lovely features inside the Twilight actor‘s newer residence include a handcrafted front door that opens into a large foyer, decorative ceiling beams and floor tiles, an arched doorway that flows to the step-down living room, and four sets of French doors that lead out to gardens and an alfresco dining loggia.

There’s also a pool tucked in between think bamboo outback and a detached guesthouse that’s was converted from a two-car garage.

Stewart also owns a loft in New York City

In 2017, Stewart bought an abode in the Big Apple for more than $5 million. Her loft in the NoHo neighborhood of Manhattan is 3,000 square feet. The building is an 1877 landmark that was converted into condominiums in 1988.

New York City is one place outside of LA where plenty of celebrities live. Some famous faces who also own a place around Stewart include Jennifer Lawrence, Justin Timberlake, Jake Gyllenhaal, Sarah Jessica Parker, and Taylor Swift.
