Maggie Bloom (Allison Miller) kissed Gary Mendez (James Roday Rodriguez) in an elevator. However, she’s still dating the Boston Bruins player, Camden Lamoureux (Ryan Hansen). Meanwhile, things looked up Katherine Kim (Grace Park). However, the upcoming A Million Little Things Season 4 Episode 11 preview teases an emergency that brings her ex-husband, Eddie Saville (David Giuntoli), and her new girlfriend, Greta Strobe (Cameron Esposito), together.
What night is ‘A Million Little Things’ on?
For season 4, A Million Little Things is on every Wednesday night at 10 p.m. EST on ABC. This might be confusing for some viewers because the show previously aired on Thursday nights following Grey’s Anatomy. It also switched between the 9 p.m. and 10 p.m. time frame at some points in the series run. However, for season 4, A Million Little Things follows the same schedule, airing on the same day and time every week — Wednesdays at 10 p.m. EST.

When A Million Little Things Season 4 Episode 11, “Piece of Cake,” returns tonight, Maggie and Gary discuss the elevator kiss. However, before they talk about what happened, Gary tells Rome (Romany Malco), and he reacts as many fans did to the kiss.
“Dude, I’ve been waiting on this for like two years, bro,” Rome tells Gary.
However, when Gary confronts Maggie about the kiss, it doesn’t go well. She insists she didn’t mean for it to “happen like that.”
“I know it’s not the best timing,” Maggie tells Gary.
However, he’s upset because of the sparks he felt. Gary wants to rekindle the relationship with Maggie, but she’s not ready. They whisper while at the hospital for Katherine. Maggie did not break up with Cam or tell her boyfriend about the kiss. So, it looks like the Gary-Maggie relationship is on hold until she makes a decision.
What to expect when ‘A Million Little Things’ Season 4 Episode 11 returns tonight
According to the ABC press release, the entire friend group heads to the hospital in A Million Little Things Season 4 Episode 11.
“When Katherine is rushed to the hospital in an emergency, Eddie and the rest of the group show up to be by her side,” the release reads. “Maggie finds herself at a crossroads with Cam, and Eddie pledges honesty with Anna.”
Katherine unexpectedly fell to the floor while on the phone with Greta. Luckily, Theo heard the thud and rushed to her side. However, not before he had a few questions about her potential love interest. At some point in season 4, Katherine will have to come out to her son, but she keeps putting it off. This time, she heads to the hospital instead.
Meanwhile, Eddie apologizes to Anna Benoit (Erin Karpluk) for lying to her about Gary’s involvement in her husband’s assault. Gary put a bag over Peter Benoit’s (Andrew Leeds) head in the A Million Little Things Season 3 finale.
