Who said Counting On star Jeremy Vuolo does not have a sense of humor? Jeremy and his wife, Jinger Duggar, have been hit will a lot of pregnancy rumors after welcoming their first child in 2018. The couple has not confirmed that another baby is one the way, but Jeremy did address the rumors in a recent Instagram post.
Jeremy Vuolo weighs in on all those pregnancy rumors
Over the Christmas holiday, Jeremy shared a photo of Jinger and their daughter, Felicity, posing in front of a festive Christmas tree. He captioned the adorable pic by wishing his followers a merry Christmas, but things took a different turn in the comments.
After one fan asked Jinger Duggar if she was pregnant with baby number two, Jeremy felt the need to respond. The comment has since been deleted, but it was one of his more hilarious ones to date.
“I’m not, but now I know I need to lay off the Christmas cookies,” he shared.
The couple’s followers were quick to respond to Jeremy’s funny comment. Some told him that he doesn’t need to stop eating cookies, while others assured him that he definitely does not look like he is growing a baby bump.
The pregnancy rumors, meanwhile, heated up over Thanksgiving after Jinger Duggar appeared to be hiding her stomach in a photo. Fans also suspected that Jinger was making a pregnancy announcement in the Christmas pic because she decided to put a balloon next to her daughter.
Jinger Duggar opens up about having another baby
Earlier this year, Jinger talked about having another baby while filming the new season of Counting On. The conversation happened when Jinger and Jeremy were getting ready to move to Los Angeles so that he could finish up his degree.
According to In Touch, Counting On producer Scott Enlow thought he caught Jinger teasing a potential pregnancy during one of her confessionals. Jinger quickly shut down the idea, however, and said she was not ready to make any sort of announcement.
“Growing up I always had a lot of land around. I loved running on it so it is growing to be a challenge to raise kids in an apartment,” Jinger Duggar stated.
“Wait, you said ‘kids!’” Enlow interjected. “Kid,” Jinger replied. “I’m not making an announcement.”
Jinger added that if she were to have more children it would probably be while she is living in Los Angeles.
She did not, however, say for sure that she wants to have more children with Jeremy. That said, the Duggars are known for having a boatload of kids, so it is probably only a matter of time before Jinger makes an announcement.
Jeremy Vuolo and Jinger Duggar enjoy life in Los Angeles
In June, Jeremy and Jinger made the big move to Los Angeles so that he could finish his college degree at a local seminary. The pair moved around a year after Jinger gave birth to Felicity.
In fact, they drove to Los Angeles just prior to Felicity’s first birthday. Taking to social media, Jinger Duggar gushed about Felicity turning one and was surprised at how quickly her little one has grown over the span of a year.
“Seeing Felicity grow and develop new skills is like watching a flower bloom. It seems like overnight that she’s gone from being fully reliant upon us for everything, to mastering crawling, leaving dad & mom chasing her all over the place,” she shared.
Despite all of the pregnancy talk, Jinger Duggar does not appear to be in a hurry to have her second children. Even though most of her married siblings have multiple children (including Jessa Duggar, Amy Duggar, Lauren Duggar, and Anna Duggar), Jinger seems to be content with a family of three.
Considering how her parents, Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar had a whopping 19 children, it is safe to say that Jinger won’t stop at one.
What do fans think of the pregnancy rumors?
Jinger Duggar has always been viewed as the black sheep of the Duggar clan, so it comes as no surprise that she has waited so long to have a second baby. After all, Jinger waited a whole two years before she had Felicity, which is like an eternity for a Duggar.
Although Jeremy and Jinger have both denied the rumors, fans are convinced that they are hiding something. Who knows, maybe the fans are right. This would not be the first time a Duggar has purposefully mislead their followers.
Most fans believe Jinger is expecting her second baby because of the couple’s photos on Instagram. Although we have not gotten any official confirmation, the pregnancy speculation will likely continue well into 2020.
