Ex-Wife No. 1: Ivana Zelnickova Trump
Born of Czech and Austrian parentage in Moravia, Czechoslovakia on February 20, 1949, Ivana Maria Zelnickova became the first Mrs. Donald Trump at Marble Collegiate Church in New York on April 7, 1977. The couple had three children. Donald Trump Jr. was born on December 31, 1977. Ivanka arrived October 30, 1981, and Eric Trump was born on January 6, 1984.
In 2016, Ivana spoke candidly with the New York Post about her relationship with the man she nicknamed ‘The Donald.’ The self-proclaimed conservative said that her former husband ‘loves women‘ but that he is by no means a feminist. Ivana further explained that the current commander in chief is a businessman, not a politician.
The first time Ivana met her husband’s mistress, Donald and family were enjoying a Christmastime vacation in Aspen at the same hotel where he’d lodged his former beauty queen girlfriend. According to the New York Post, Marla introduced herself to the first Mrs. Trump at a restaurant in the Colorado resort town by saying, “I’m Marla and I love your husband. Do you?”
Since her scandalous split from Donald, Ivana has been married and divorced twice more. Today, she divides her time between the south of France, New York City, and Miami and enjoys being “Glam-Ma” to nine Trump grandchildren.

Ex-Wife No. 2: Marla Maples Trump
When Marla Maples and ‘The Donald’ first met, the year was 1985. He was a very wealthy, very married real estate mogul in Manhattan. She was a 26-year old part-time actress with several beauty pageant almost-wins to her name.
Born October 27, 1963, in Cohutta, Georgia, Marla was raised as an only child in a strict religious household. Despite her Southern Baptist upbringing, the former homecoming queen was so charmed by Trump, she accepted his advances, and the two embarked on a secret love affair.
It didn’t stay secret for long. In the summer of 1989, Vanity Fair revealed Trump’s extramarital affair with Marla, and Ivana filed for divorce.
Of her earliest encounters with the future president, Maples told New York Magazine, “I was romanced; I had Mister Charm all over me, and it was very hard to say no. When that man wants something, he’ll stop at nothing to get it. And I also believed in the good of him.”
The ink was barely dry on Donald’s divorce when Marla gave birth to their Donald’s fourth child, Tiffany Ariana, on October 13, 1993. Donald and Marla married in December of that year and divorced in 1999. At 5’8″ tall, 55-year old Marla is the shortest of Trump’s wives.
Current wife No. 3: Melania Knauss Trump
Donald Trump was 52 years old and separated from his second wife, Marla, when he met Melania Knauss at a private party hosted by Paolo Zampolli at Manhattan’s trendy Kit Kat Club in 1998. Although he’d been set up on a blind date with a well-known supermodel at the event, he was smitten with the 28-year old Melania the first time he laid eyes on her.
Because he was on a date with another woman, Melania declined Donald’s request for her phone number. Instead, she asked for his number. In return, he gave her access to his private lines at his home, office, and Mar-a-Lago Florida estate, reported Elite Daily.
At 56 years of age, Melania Trump is seven years younger than her immediate predecessor, and 14 years younger than Donald’s first wife. She is three inches taller than Marla Maples and one inch shorter than Ivana Trump.
Melania is the second-tallest woman to which Trump has been married. She is also the youngest. Her stature among presidential wives is matched only by Michelle Obama and Eleanor Roosevelt who, like Melania, stand a statuesque 5’11”.
