Jack Harlow’s song ‘First Class’ interpolates Fergie’s song ‘Glamorous’

“First Class” went viral for its chorus before it was officially released. The chorus of the single interpolates Fergie’s popular song “Glamorous.” In the chorus of the song, Harlow raps around Fergie‘s original lyrics.

The chorus goes: “I been a (G), throw up the (L), sex in the (A.M.), uh-huh /(O-R-O-U-S, yeah) /And I can put you in (First class, up in the sky).”

According to Billboard, “‘First Class’ is the first Hot 100 No. 1 to rework another song – as well as a former leader – since Drake’s ‘Way 2 Sexy,’ which ruled the Sept. 18, 2021, chart in its debut week; the latter reimagines Right Said Fred’s ‘I’m Too Sexy,’ which reigned for three weeks in February 1992.”

On May 6, Harlow will release an album called Come Home the Kids Miss You.
