Jana Duggar Reportedly Watching Josh Duggar’s Children During Court Hearings, Instagram Confirms

Josh Duggar’s arrest and future trial are garnering a ton of attention for the Duggar family. In late September 2021, he went to court after his defense filed several motions in an attempt to get his case dismissed. And his trial is still currently set for November 2021. So, where are Josh Duggar’s children? According to an Instagram post, it looks like Jana Duggar takes care of them while Josh Duggar’s wife, Anna Duggar, also stayed by Josh’s side for the court battles.

Josh Duggar’s arrest in April 2021 shocked Duggar family members and fans alike. Federal agents took Josh in on suspicion of downloading child sexual abuse content, and since then, the Duggars and TLC made statements. TLC canceled Counting On, and for now, it doesn’t look like Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar’s famous family will make appearances on TV.
So, where is Josh Duggar now? In late September 2021, Josh went to court after his legal team filed several motions to have his case dismissed and some alleged evidence suppressed. Unfortunately for Josh, the judge ruled that none of the motions would stand. They were ultimately dismissed, leaving Josh at a loss. If the case does go to trial, it seems the evidence collected at Wholesale Motorcars, Josh’s place of work, would be usable — but we’ll have to wait and see what happens.
None of the Duggar family members with Instagrams, like Jana Duggar, Jinger Duggar, Jill Duggar, or Jessa Duggar, mentioned the court hearing.
Where are Josh Duggar’s children? It looks like Jana Duggar is taking care of them
So, where are Josh Duggar’s children now? His legal constraints dictate he can only see his six children when Anna Duggar remains present. And Josh Duggar’s wife was with him during his court hearing. Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar appeared to care for Josh and Anna’s children in the recent past, but the Duggar Family Instagram shows the parents on a trip out west with a number of their own kids. Josh and Anna’s children are nowhere to be found in the posts.
Now, it looks like evidence suggests Jana Duggar is currently caring for Josh Duggar’s children. Reddit users took a screenshot from an Instagram story showing Jana’s friend with one of Josh and Anna’s kids.
“Didn’t get a pic of my sweet friend @janamduggar but her sweet niece drew me pictures and had them for me ready when they picked me up at the airport!” the Instagram Stories read. The friend of Jana’s also tagged Anna Duggar in the photo.
Anna Duggar reportedly visits her husband frequently without the kids
According to an insider who spoke with The Sun, Anna Duggar spends plenty of time with Josh Duggar even though Josh currently lives with a host family, the Rebers.
“Anna is spending most of her time with Josh at the Rebers, and her family has stepped in to help raise all their kids,” the insider explained. “She takes them to visit him or they are looked after while she’s there alone, despite what he’s been charged with she refuses to believe he’s guilty.”
Additionally, the insider alleged Anna isn’t on “good terms” with Mrs. Reber, but she “pretty much moved in” to their house regardless.
Currently, Anna Duggar’s pregnancy is also at the top of Duggar family critics’ minds. She’s still pregnant with baby No. 7, and it’s unclear whether Jana Duggar will continue to care for the kids once Anna has the baby.
