In 2018, Jason Tartick gained fame as a contestant on The Bachelorette Season 14, where he quickly became a fan favorite. Becca Kufrin eliminated the successful banker in week 9. Tartick bounced back in 2019 when he met Season 11 Bachelorette Kaitlyn Bristowe while recording her Off the Vine podcast. After several years of dating and an engagement, the couple broke up in August 2023. Now, one year later, Tartick is back in the public eye — this time with his new girlfriend Kat Stickler.

Stickler first gained fame on TikTok. She built a large following with her humorous and relatable content, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic. The now-29-year-old initially rose to prominence as part of a couple’s account with her now ex-husband, Mike Stickler. But she continued to thrive independently after their split in March 2021. Now, Stickler has over 10 million followers on TikTok and 2.4 million followers on Instagram.

Tartick has formed a pattern of landing his love interests on podcasts. The 35-year-old hosted Stickler on his podcast, Trading Secrets, in April 2024. The next month, Tartick posted a clip from the interview, calling the social media star “truly brilliant.” On June 12, 2024, they went Instagram official. She posted a photo of the two of them embracing, captioning it “heart is full.”

Two months later, the couple seems over the moon. Tartick and Stickler post photos together often; they’ve met each other’s friends and family. They’ve also taken many trips together, including a visit to Flushing, New York, for the U.S. Open. During the first day of the competition, the pair sat with former Season 24 bachelor Peter Weber, Summer House star Ciara Miller, and The Bachelorette Season 16 winner Dale Moss.

IHG Hotels & Resorts hosted the group of five in a private suite during the opening day of the U.S. Open. Miller posted photos of great views and ice-cold cocktails, including an Aperol Spritz. Tartick and Stickler didn’t post any photos from the day, but they seemed to enjoy themselves. The finance guru wore a MAVRANS Beverly Hills knit shirt ($169), a white belt, and light gray pants. Stickler wore a mint green tank top and white skort.

It seems like Tartick’s former fiancée, Kaitlyn Bristowe, approves of his new relationship. Despite their connection, Bristowe and Tartick attributed their amicable split in August 2023 to diverging life goals and the pressures of public life. The 39-year-old has allegedly moved on with Zac Clark, the ex-fiancé of former Bachelorette and friend Tayshia Adams.
